Optimal Travel Price with Currency Or Q5 Tickets
Janko Fran
If you check the market prices of Moving Tickets, you might notice that the cheapest tickets are Q5 tickets and they enable you to travel up to 5000 km for around 275 CC. Alternative is to pay in currency (CC) for the price of 10 CC per each 100 km traveled.
So what would be the optimal travel price? Well, it depends on how far you travel...
This is how it looks like on a graph:
TL; DR
In short, for short distances (up to 2750 km) using CC is more affordable, for long distances Q5 Ticket traveling is cheaper. However, it's not that simple...
There is a little window for distances between 5000 and 5500 km, where CC is still cheaper again...

Traveling In Detail
So for all distances less than 2750 km, it's cheaper to pay in CC for the cost.
For travels of length from 2750 km - 5000 km the Q5 ticket is cheaper and it will cost you 275 CC.
If the travel is of length between 5000 km and 5500 km, traveling by currency is a bit more affordable, ranging from 500 to 550 CC.
For travels longer than 5500 km the Q5 ticket traveling is cheaper than using CC method and it will cost you 2 Q5 tickets (equivalent to 550 CC) for travels up to 10000 km, 3 Q5 tickets (equivalent to 825 CC) for travels of length between 10000 km and 15000 km, and it will cost you 4 Q5 tickets for moving distances longer than 15000 km, which are not so many and probably not that frequently on your travel schedule...
The questions for you in the comments:
1. What was the longest distance you've traveled so far?
2. From where to where was it?
3. And how much did it cost you?
Here is the longest distance I have found from my residence base:
Conclusion
Differences in price between CC and Ticket method of traveling could vary significantly, so be careful.
If you are mostly staying in your region and defending your country, the best option for you is to make CC traveling as default.
If you are all over the eWorld map, hunting medals and epic battles, then you could switch to Travel Ticket as default option.
And when needed you could always update your preferred method in Travel menu on per case base, whenever it is more affordable:
Greetings and travel smart!
Sincerely Yours

I remember the first week when I discovered the switch division button, I was super hyped and I immediately used all the moving tickets I had, except for one, because I thought I could only travel with tickets.
When I later discovered the settings to prefer currency no one could stop me, I traveled from Malaysia around the globe to fight, I paid flights for 1,2,3k just to make few hits on both sides because I didn't know bazooka yet.
Now i played one month and besides the fact that i know its not economical, i do my world tour once a week 😁 i try to make good travel routes and try not to pay more than 500 for a flight, in addition I look on the market if something is cheap and try to resell it 🤕
