Hello 🙂

One of the things I like more in this game is the writing of articles. My favorite topic is foreign affairs. Of course it is much more pleasant when I do it in Bulgarian but since I’m an eCanadian citizen I have no option but to write in English which costs me a lot of time. That’s the main reason why I almost stopped doing it. Lately I read most of Roger Griswald’s articles “Around the world in 60 seconds: day…”. I found them very interesting and which is more important – very informative. I felt I need to write another article but this one will be more like copy/translate/paste and less my own information. 1. Cyprus – Turkey - China – Taiwan
eCyprus is a home of many RL Turks most of them are members of the famous INCI unit. They are high level players with a lot of experience and strength. It’s normal that they would like their eCountry to have as much resources as they can get. At the moment Cyprus has 3 food and 1 weapon regions. They made and published a plan which would grant them 2 more resources. The plan was Turkey to liberate their Saudi Arabia and UAE holdings and this way Cyprus would get oil and saltpeter, and Israel would have two extra regions with grain and aluminum. To compensate Turkey they should get aluminum from Pakistan which is now under Chinese occupation. On the other side China would get another aluminum region from Taiwan’s holdings in Japan. May be the plan sounds more complicated than it really is. Anyway it is not that hard to be put into execution but the only country that wouldn’t lose nothing even for a while said NO. Taiwan’s government said that they are totally against that plan because no one told them officially about it.

Meanwhile two former eCyprus players who got eChinese citizenship decided to run for the congress. That pissed off the Asians and in their last table with citizenship quotas for Cyprus stood one big 0.

All this lead to a war between INCI and China. A RW has started in North-West Frontier Province (the region with aluminum that China holds). After massive tanking the resistance took a 4:0 lead but then lost the battle 8:4.
And to be the mess complete yesterday Cyprus sighed a MPP with Poland.

2. Slovenia – ONE
Few days ago Slovenia lost one of their top players – Don Kronox. He has passed away after some heart problems. In this sad moment Slovenia and Croatia made an agreement to start a training war in his honor. This is part of the signs that Slovenia and Croatia improve their relations although they are from different alliances.

Two weeks ago some logs from ONE’s meeting appeared. They showed that the big bosses are not very pleased by Slovenia. It all started from the refusal of Slovenia to vote Romania as NE. Two weeks later they still have some argues and it is expected that soon Slovenia will announce its independence from ONE. After all they are still very close to Serbia and FYROM so there is no way they are going to join TEDEN.

Running away from Romania Hungary managed to settle in the core Austria’s regions Tyrol and Vorarlberg. For that purpose they sacrificed Austria who lost all their MPPs. At this moment Austria holds Salzburg – the only region between Hungary and Romania. As Austria is an easy catch with no MPPs left ONE commanders decided to sacrifice Austria twice as they were supposed to attack Slovenia and to lose the war and this way Slovenia would hold that bordering region (Salzburg). Somehow no one told for this plan to Slovenia and they learned about it after Austria proposed the NE law. After quick talks between Austria and Slovenia the law was rejected and Hungary was once again displeased.

3. Bulgaria – Turkey
You all know about the problems between Bulgaria – Turkey – EDEN HQ. It all started when Turkey changed ONE alliance with EDEN. Then Bulgaria decided to veto their membership but EDEN HQ refused to accept their will. Now Bulgaria wants to convene a meeting of all EDEN members in order to vote for new HQ members and a new charter. More about this you can read here.

Meanwhile Turkey’s congress proposed Bulgaria for NE. It was easily rejected but it started series of NE laws between those two countries and every next law is closer to acceptance. The Turkish players are fighting against Bulgaria in their RW, the Bulgarian players are fighting against Turkey in their RW and no one can see the way how those two countries will ever be close.

After all this Spain proposed a MPP with Bulgaria but the law will be declined. Another ONE member also proposed a MMP – Iran. The relations between those two countries were very close at the time and now the law could pass.
