Hi,
It has been said many times: The owners have to start communicate with the players.
One way is to create a development group containing ordinary citizens. These citizens will be the a link between the game developers and the citizens. They'll will collect and discuss issues and ideas with the developers and come up with realistic solutions.
Citizens can also contact them to discuss the game mechanics . The tickets system is clearly not working when 99% of the answer is the basic “Thank you for your feedback! Your opinion is helping us improve the New World.”

How will this development group be linked with admin? is this your idea or is it coming from the man himself?
It's my idea.
At the moment the the admins and the developers are not communicating with us. So basically my idea is that some ordinary citizens will work with the developers and admins. These citizens will read and collect ideas by the citizens of erepublik and later discuss the ideas with the developers and admins.
We, the ordinary players, know and understand what's wrong with the game. We want to have fun. The developers and the admins want money.

Great idea! I also think there should be an administrator and moderator restriction section in the Terms of Agreement. As it is right now the Terms of Agreement basicly says that the admins own us because we're in their game, and that's probably why they do whatever they want.
Fun fact: Did you know it's illegal to not log out of eRepublik when you're leaving your computer unguarded?
So let's send tickets to them, presenting our (armbenos) ideas. 🙂
