1 - Which path bring you to become a candidate?

Rickolas: I come to this stage from the simplest desire, making eIsrael the best it can be for her citizens, and as a country by it self.

ArikAharon:What that brought me to the decision to run for presidency is the will to help the Israeli Community.
At the last months we saw much things that cause trouble to the country. most of them stem from international changes.
Trouble like low salary, no money at the treasury and the Saudi war.
I'm running for presidency because i think and believe that i'm the person who is right to solve this problems.
I'm a veteran player, i was once before israel president, and i think that i donated much to the israeli community at those days.
This country needs to a responsible leader with experience and a record of political successes.
ArikAharon is the right person to lead this country at this time of trouble.


2 - What changes do you plan to bring?

Rickolas: You can read all about my plans in my platform (http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/yet-again-rickolas-for-cp-eng-heb--2131649/1/20), what I'm going to emphasize on in this term will be the communication between the government and it's people.

ArikAharon: I believe that the presidency is very like driving a truck.
You must be prepared to turn, and not do sharp turns and sudden braking- otherwise all of your cargo will be ruined.
At our case, the cargo is the precious Israel.
That’s why i'm not planning any drastic changes.
I'm planning to improve the military system which they suffer from failures because of lack military order.
We saw the lack of military order at the saudian war or at the case of Haile SeIassi
Who has been kicked from the unit with no reason.


3 - Do you have a work team? and if yes, which is it?

Rickolas: I have assembled a team of very talented people under the cause of making eIsrael a better country.
Besides meow2, all the other members of my cabinet will be revealed after the elections.

ArikAharon: I'm Building the Cabinet right at these days.
If I will be elected some major parts will be given to the young generation, who still didn’t got his place on the israeli stage.
Rising stars at the Israeli politics should be given their rightful place.
Unlike what people advertisers about me, the government will be built from English speakers and Hebrew speakers.
Multiple views is not a bad thing, provided and it is done properly.


4 - How do you take your decisions?

Rickolas: I'll consult with the relevant cabinet member/advisor to make the best decidion. Though the last call will always be mine, as the leader I can and should consult with the best people for the issue, but the last call will always be mine to make.

ArikAharon: Usually I accept decisions after consultation with friends and veteran players.
If I will be elected My government will get het decisions by the most at the cabinet, most democratic way possible.
That’s how I think we can multiple views but to get to decision after all.


5 - Do you have any plan about the economy?

Rickolas: Yes. This month me and my Minister of Finance are going to continue the economical conduct, to continue to build the wealth of the country from somewhere around square zero.
Also changes in taxes might be made according to market conditions, and the amount of money the country is spending.

ArikAharon: Yes I do.
Recently we discovered that the treasury is empty.
As the president , I will work with the MoFa about a special plan that we will cure the economy and will be back to the state which we are in profit.
All this by using intel that me and veteran friends accumulated with the years that we play.
In addition I will insist the plan won't harm the citizen pocket, that barely can exist.
I think that raising the salary is the first step I’ll do


6 - Do you have a personal philosofy?

Rickolas: Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. ~Winston Churchill~

ArikAharon: Work hard, it will pay at the end.


7 - What do you think about the current goverment?

Rickolas: In my opinion the current government is doing the best they can under these circumstances, but there's one thing that really bugs me.
And that's the lack of communication with the people.
If I'll get elected, I'm going to emphasize the communication with the people, as one of my major goals.

ArikAharon: The government today under the leadership of K0munista has tried to do her job on the best side and you see it in the efforts they do.
There is offices that we can see working day and night to improve the game to the Israeli citizen.
But still, there are sides who needs improves.


8 - Do you think that you are ready for the job?

Rickolas: Yes! I think that with all the experience and ability I have accumulated, I'm ready for this job now more than ever!

ArikAharon: Completely Yes.
I'm a veteran player who take care the young ones, with presidency experience which stood still and success against the hardest challenges.
I'm waiting to the moment which I will be able to donate from my talent and time for our great country.

1 - איזו דרך יביאו לך למועמד?
ArikAharon:
מה שהביא אותי להחלטה לרוץ לנשיאות זה הרצון הבלתי מתפשר לעזור לקהילה הישראלית,על כל גווניה ומידותיה.
בחודשים האחרונים ראינו הרבה דברים שגרמו צרות למדינת ישראל,רובם נובעים משינויים בינלאומיים.
צרות כמו סכום משכורות נמוך,דילול האוצר ,והמלחמה הסעודית.
אני רץ לנשיאות כי אני חושב,ומאמין, שאני האדם המתאים לפתור בעיות אלו.
אני שחקן וותיק,כיהנתי בעבר כנשיא מדינת ישראל , ואני חושב שתרמתי תרומה נרחבת למדינת ישראל באותם ימים.
מדינת ישראל זקוקה למנהיג אחראי,בעל ניסיון ומעל לכל - בעל רזומה מפואר של הצלחות פוליטיות.
אריק אהרון הוא האדם המתאים להנהיג את מדינת ישראל בשעה זו.
Rickolas:
אני מגיע לבמה הזאת מתוך הרצון הכי פשוט, להפוך את אי-ישראל למדינה הכי טובה בשביל האזרחים שלה, ובתור מדינה בפני עצמה.

2 - אילו שינויים אתה מתכנן להביא?
ArikAharon:
אני מאמין שהנשיאות דומה מאוד לנהיגה במשאית.
עליך להתכונן לפניות מראש,ולא לעשות פניות חדות/בלימות פתע - אחרת כל המטען שלך יהרס.
במקרה שלנו,המטען זה מדינת ישראל היקרה .
לכן , אני לא מתכנן שינויים מרחיקי לכת או דרסטיים במיוחד.
אני מתכנן לשפר את המערכה הצבאית אשר נוחלת פעם אחר פעם כשלונות עקב חוסר ארגון צבאי.
ראינו את חוסר הארגון הזה במלחמה בסעודיה,או במקרה של היילה סלאסי שהועף מהיחידה ללא שום סיבה נראית לעין.
Rickolas:

3 - האם יש לך צוות עבודה? ואם כן, איזה מהם?
ArikAharon:
אני בונה את הקבינט שלי בימים אלו ממש.
במידה ואבחר, חלקים נבחרים מהממשלה ינתנו לדור הצעיר שלנו,שעדיין לא תפס את מקומו על הבימה הישראלית.
כוכבים עולים בפוליטיקה הישראלית צריכים לקבל את מקומם הראוי.
בנוסף,בניגוד למה שמפרסמים עליי, הממשלה שלי תורכב גם מאזרחים דוברי אנגלית - ומעל לכל גם מאנשים בעלי דיעות מגוונות.
ריבוי דיעות זה דבר טוב,לא רע. בתנאי והוא נעשה בצורה הראויה תוך כדי מתן כבוד אחד לשני.
Rickolas:
אספתי קבוצה של אנשים מאוד מוכשרים תחת הדגל של הפיכת ישראל מדינה טובה יותר.
חוץ מעמית (meow2), כל חברי הקבינט האחרים שלי יחשפו אחרי הבחירות.

4 - איך אתה לוקח את ההחלטות שלך?
ArikAharon:
בדרך כלל אני מקבל החלטות אחרי התייעצות בחברים ובשחקנים וותיקים.
במידה ואבחר,הממשלה שלי תקבל את החלטותיה לפי רוב בקבינט,בצורה הכי דמוקרטית שאפשר.
ככה אני חושב שנוכל להרבות דיעות,אבל לקבל את ההחלטה הנכונה בכל זאת.
Rickolas:
אני אתייעץ עם חבר הקבינט/יועץ הרלוונטי כדי לעשות את ההחלטה הטובה ביותר.
למרות העובדה שבסופו של דבר ההחלטה תמיד תהיה שלי בסופו של דבר, בתור המנהיג אני יכול וצריך להתייעץ עם האנשים הכי טובים לעניין, אבל אני תמיד אהיה זה שיעשה את ההחלטה הסופית.

5 - האם יש לך תכנית על הכלכלה?
ArikAharon:
אכן כן.
לאחרונה גילינו מצב מחריד שבו האוצר מתרוקן מרגע לרגע.
בתור נשיא , אעבוד עם שר האוצר על תכנית מיוחדת שבה נבריא את הכלכלה ,ונחזור ביחד למצב שבו הכנסות האוצר גדלות על ההוצאות.
כל זאת על ידי שימוש בידע שאני וחבריי הוותיקים צברנו במהלך השנים שאנו משחקים במשחק.
בנוסף,אעמוד על כך שהדבר הנ"ל אינו יעשה מתוך כיסו של האזרח הפשוט אשר עקב השינויים האחרונים מצליח להתקיים בקושי.
אני חושב שהעלאת המשכורת זה הצעד הראשון שאעשה.
Rickolas:
כן. החודש אני ושר האוצר שלי הולכים להמשיך בגישה החסכנית מהחודש שעבר, כדי להמשיך לבנות את עושר המדינה כמעט מנקודת ההתחלה.
בנוסף יתכנו שינויים במסים בהתאם לתנאי השוק, וכמות הכסף שהמדינה מוציאה.

6 - האם יש לך פילוסופיה אישית?
ArikAharon:
תעבוד קשה. זה משתלם בסופו של דבר.
Rickolas:
הצלחה היא לא סופית, כישלון הוא לא קטלני; זה האומץ להמשיך שקובע. ~וינסטון צ'רצ'יל

7 - מה אתה חושב על הממשלה הנוכחיים?
ArikAharon:
הממשלה הנוכחית תחת הנהגתו של קומוניסטה ניסתה לעשות את עבודתה על הצד הטוב ביותר ורואים את זה במאמצים הרבים שהם משקיעים.
ישנם משרדים אשר רואים שהם עובדים יום וליל על מנת לשפר את המשחק בשביל הישראלי הפשוט .
אך בכל זאת,אני חושב שיש צדדים שראויים שיפור.
Rickolas:
לדעתי הממשלה הקיימת עושה את העובדה הכי טובה שהיא יכולה בנסיבות הקיימות, אבל יש דבר אחד שמאוד מפריע לי.
וזה חוסר התקשורת עם האנשים.
אם אני אבחר, אני הולך להדגיש את התקשורת עם האנשים, כאחת מהמטרות העיקריות שלי

8 - האם אתה חושב שאתה מוכן למשימה?
ArikAharon: לחלוטין כן.
אני שחקן וותיק שדואג לצעירים,בעל ניסיון כנשיא אשר עמד והצליח מול האתגרים הקשים ביותר של שעתו.
אני מחכה לרגע שבו אוכל לתרום שוב מכשרוני ומזמני למען המדינה הנפלאה שלנו.
