Yesterday was quite confusing ...
President Emerick announced a peace Treaty with PEACE. The treaty would cease all battles in eUSA from PEACE nations (France, Portugal, Indonesia, Russia, and Hungary) for 4 months. In the meantime, we can still fight for our allies against PEACE in places like Spain and Greece.
Indonesia keeps CA and HI, Hungary keeps AL.
We have to pay to get the other states back: 300g for high raw material regions and 200g for others.
Yesterday I called this "rape and robbery" but we get to keep our lives. Overall it seems better than losing the rest of our country, which seemed unavoidable ...
The treaty is certainly controversial, but Crash and Burn Industries explained why he voted for the treaty.
BUT WAIT! Russia got greedy and backed out of the treaty. I'm sure we'll hear more over the next 24 hours ...
Based on their continuing (and winning) attack on Vermont, Russia may never have planned on honoring the treaty.
I'll try to figure out what we should do if the treaty passes and if the treaty fails, and boil it down from "erep speak" to "2-clicker" speak. Some good ideas are floating around, but they're pretty hard to
understand from reading the original sources.
One thing for sure ... we 2-clickers need a quick tutorial on resistance wars! Last night I saw a resistance war in Idaho, but the page says You cannot join this fight because your country is not involved in the war. How do we fight? I think we have to move to the occupying country!
By the way, if you're trapped in a a state that's been conquered, you should move to FL, NJ, or an ally like Spain or Greece. Ask the Flying Unicorns for help with moving tickets.

This is true, you have to move to the occupier to fight in a RW (assuming you don't live in the occupied region already). For you two-clickers out there, you need to know that in order to move to a country like Indo, Russia, Portugal, or France (or any other country with which we are at war), you must move to a neutral country first. In other words, you need 2 moving tickets to participate in a RW (and two more to move back to the U.S., if you choose to do so).
Singapore is neutral, so move there first, then immediatley move again to the occupying region. Make sure to pick a region that has a Q5 hospital! (i.e., don't move directly to Idaho...you can still fight in Idaho as long as you're based in one of the occupying country's regions).

BTW, this morning, I'll be going OUTSIDE the bounds of reality. Instead of brewing my own coffee, I have bought a cup from the local convenience store (A certain 7 and 11, maybe?).
