[Kravenn] There is something rotten in UK congress

Before beginning : I need to mention that it has no link with my current work in TWO HQ or linked with government activities.

Well, last month : eUK had a lot of wars and each time, we were victorious. These wars were against Belgium, Bulgaria and France. Of course, we weren’t alone on these wars and we received help from TWO/ACT members and also our proTWO friends (mainly Argentina, Colombia and Romania).

Each time, we had a good reason to enter in war :
- against Belgium : It was to avoid an airstrike on our Slovenian friends
- against Bulgaria : NE was launched after we received one from their CP, they tried to escape from Romania
- against France : a former CP (the one elected in September and was impeached) clearly mentioned that he will attack eUK after RW North Calais. It failed when UK was fast than them to launch Natural Enemy proposal.

Naturally : UK moral was quite high. Nobody complained and even some people were thinking about a new British Empire.


War summary from the last month

Couple of people reclaimed new war, expansions, … Their reasons could be various : fun, dreaming about an empire, TP medals (but we had RW for that too), … and a Natural Enemy law was proposed against Norway. By having 1 region : they were an easy target. I know that they had a strong shield but few allies, … and after some ping-pong : UK gained Vestlandet.

For UK economy : gaining that region has no interest (we don’t need a 3rd oil).
But every good thing needs a end. After winning several regions, your moral is too high and you take the risk to overvalue your strengths. And it is what happened.

A stupid Natural enemy law was launched against Ireland. With a 20B shield and current relations between our two countries : Ireland wasn’t a threat. But launching this proposal can have bad consequences. Some irishs proposed high CO in every RW against UK. Which means that we lost every RW (and a fruit region).

This NE law wasn’t supported by UK government (and the speaker sent a PM to every congress member to vote NO). Lot of congress members voted YES probably without thinking to consequences (Oh, we don’t like Ireland => I vote YES). But before launching a NE proposal : ALWAYS talk about that with congress, and UK government. This last one is in contact with TWO HQ, …
On the same time, Gov didn’t hide that there was another war scheduled in the month. This plan is good to go to garbage because one congress member decided to launch a rogue proposal. Currently due to his fault : eUK lost fruits resource and we received a natural enemy law coming from French CP.


What could be good for you isn't specially good for the country

Poland decided to NE France, and like expected France put prio on UK (their CP attacked as soon as possible to keep a chance to escape). Hopefully : TWO HQ was contacted shortly after the beginning of the campaign (on the 10 first minutes) and we had top prio. By this way : we were able to win against France.

But some people are always angry and requested an impeachment. Why ? Because UK lost colonies and some irishs put high CO against us ? Whatever the CP party : we shouldn’t be able to keep everything (and the war with Ireland wasn’t an help). Do you think that when USA received 5 Airstrikes and 3 open fronts : Sack the CP was the best option ? Whatever the party : he should lose regions. It was a bit the case here (with less fronts).

Of course : you can say “put higher CO” but if Ireland puts higher ones, it will be an neverending race. And at the end : you aren’t sure to win (if we lose : you will blame CP for spending lot of money for nothing)



Now, a congress member launched an impeachment against Bohemond4 : what are his reasons ? We ignore it. The only thing that we know is that he will claim loyalty to UK, ...but it is the same citizen who launches filibuster when you talk about immigration reform (and he will say that he isn’t opposed to that). And few weeks later : he will give citizenship to a well known citizen who fought against UK (and proud to do it). When explanations were asked, his answer was like “I’m sorry, If I knew, I shouldn’t do it”.



An impeachment should never been launched without good reasons : here, we have none. We only have some grumpy congress members who only say “Impeach, and we can do better things (and without explain how).

But the saddest thing was just coming. We had the minister of education (now former MoEd) who proposed a bribe : If Bohemond was impeached. He should give 5G to everybody who voted YES (10G if you are from TUP).


Here comes the bribe

What currently happen in eUK isn’t good : you have congress members who are only thinking to their own welfare (Need more war when we can have TP medals, and also having an “empire” (which will not happen as long as we have less than 5.000 citizens after the babyboom “drop”). We also have corrupted congress members (the one who proposed the bribe and probably several who voted YES thinking to win 5G).

Currently, there is something rotten in UK congress but in a week : we will have congress elections. Clearly, it will be time to takin out the trashes : Vote for a party who will prefer to put eUK citizens interests near from their heart. Vote for a party who isn’t focused on their own interests.
