[GOV] Agreement Renewal with e-Israel

Greetings brave Cypriots,

This is the agreement renewal between e-Israel and e-Cyprus

First of all i would like to thank e-Israels gov for their truthfull and close cooperation with us to get this through with minimum waste of damage and bonus.

Here are the terms.

1. Haifa and Jerusalem will stay in Israel’ s possesion. The other Israeli regions will remain under Cypriot occupation.

2. Israel agrees not to support or manage any military action against Cyprus. This section refers to resistance war against Cyprus (fight or support), natural enemy battles, combat orders against Cyprus or CoD (campaign of the day) against Cyprus. It is Israel's obligation to inform and enforce the agreement to its citizens .If, however, a 3rd country attacks Cyprus, it is Israel's right to support her by both military and financial ways.

3. Both sides agree that the 50,000 CC deposited as colateral to player Van der Waal [http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/4220968] trusted by both sides remain to his possesion. If one of the countries breaks the agreement, the other country has the right to take the money paid by both sides.

4. Greece and the US remain the witnesses to this agreement.

5. The agreement applies starting today [10/June/2014] and lasts until 10th of July. A couple of days before the agreement expires, both sides will meet to discuss about the renewal of the agreement.

6. If Cyprus loses any Israeli region (except of Haifa and Jerusalem), it can send a NE law against Israel in order to re-conquer the region(s) lost.

7. Both sides must help to close the wars as fast as possible so both sides will be able to reclaim the regions stated in this agreement. A training war that is agreed by both sides is not considered as a brake of the agreement.

8. Trainning wars will be only RWs in Cypriot owned regions and both countries must agree to the TW before battle starts. TW cost is split in half betwwen two countries, 5 supporters each. The outcome of the battle will always be victory for Cyprus and both countries must enforce this to their citizens by any means necesary.

9. A determination lowering circle may be initialised if needed. The cost for this is on Cyprus. Cyprus will liberate occupied regions, and recapture them with NE battles. In this circle, Israel must not NE Cyprus in order to close the NE without effecting Israels regions.
