Greetings, citizens of Netherlands,
a new debate has been started at the request of Congress member odan.
CoC team ik start hierbij een motie van wantrouwen tegen jullie wegens het negeren van mijn expliciete wens dat er geen text aan de opening van het debat toegevoegd wordt anders als van mij (vertaling was toegestaan, maar is niet gedaan).
als iemand wil reageren op een debat kan hij dat doen in de berichten onder het debat niet in de opening van het debat. de opening van het debat is voor de debatstarter niet voor anderen. dit is nu al minimaal de 2e keer dat dit gebeurt.
tel hierbij op dat in recente stemmingen niet geldige stemmen zijn meegeteld in de uitslagen, daarmee is het vertrouwen in dit team verdwenen.
Response of CoC
It is fair and customary to hear both sides of the "affair", before MoNC is launched. Often, MoNC votes are launched only due to the misinformation of certain Congress members, or solely due to the reasons personal, and not legal, and therefore reading to both sides of the debate is necessary to avoid confusion and clarify the matter. There is no legality in denying the person being MoNC'd person to speak up.
As for the votes: All votes are counted and recorded in the Dutch Congress Transparency Document, as well as in these newspapers. No votes are being erased on added, and any request to do so by Congress Members is promptly shut down, to keep up the democratic process.
Therefore, we do not see any legal or valid reasons for this MoNC.

Third MoNC against the same person in less than three days. Clearly, after months of voting NO, the Iron and Wine Congress Members have decided to step up, and destroy our democratic process with flat-out asssasinations abusing our legal system in the process.
Such an abuse of democracy and bullying of our citizens for no legal reason should be punishable by the law. Might draft some legislature on that later 🙂 .
We just had the same vote against the same person in the same task literally days ago.. It didn't pass and not even closely. All based on what odan claims is truth, but is in fact not. While one or cannot agree what the Chairman Team does in regards of opening debates during MoNCs is up for discussion, but is undoubtedly legal. The only way to fight that is to grow up, find support and get elected yourself - instead of indeed quasi political 'assassinations'.
