Why should you join the Training Division?
Hekter
"What really is the Training Division?" The Training Division is a citizen's first step to understanding the eUS military and making a real effort to matter in the current grueling war we now face.
Why not fight like a mercenary--only relying on yourself? As cool as this is, everything works out better as a team. In the Training Division, you will have hundreds of peers that you can coordinate with to fight as an effective unit, rank up, gain experience, and learn how the military works, all while relying on high-level military intelligence.
"But what if I have political aspirations?" Doesn't matter! This is your first foray into an eRep team, much akin to what you'll have to work with every day of your political career to get things accomplished. Plus, you can't have much of a political life if there's nowhere to serve!
This period of your eLife is about discovering all the things that you can become a part of--let the Training Division be the gateway to your future! Enlist Today!

Soviet Propaganda FTW! Go Russia!
Voted and I joined earlier today.
You need a better process for training players, and the recent takeovers are ample evidence of that. I know my tirade in the forums got me 30 PM's agreeing that the TD lost them in the shuffle. Organize or die people.
shud i join?
well i signed up and nothing happend?
all you guys who are hating on the Training Guard dont understand, Dewbacca how did the Training Division have anything to do with our defeats. ORGANIZED!!! we are one of the most organized branches.. Me and the rest of the staff are sick and tired of the public's bashing on us when we are doing one of the most important things in the eUSA.
I would know because I am the Director of Education in the TD, and honestly was anyone that PM'd you actually in the Training Guard
This is the second time I filled the form out. How long does it take you to review the forms and contact people?
It took 11 days and many, many posts on the eUS forums for me to become a trainee. It took 4 days just to gain access to the military forum. I'm still waiting to hear if I passed the test or if I can become a Training Officer to help speed the process along. It all just takes time Thomas.
I don't 'hate on' the people in the TD. I 'hate on' the process. I'm hard pressed to come up with a single thing that I learned during the training. It's all available in the forums and on wiki if you spend 30 minutes reading your first day.
when will they tell me. Do you get gold for doing it
I joined weeks ago no answere back, i wonder if Peace has one and how fast they get back to the people that want to join.
Awesome. As an HG Lt. I really hope the TD's ranks start swelling so we can begin training the next generation of warriors for the eUS. Keep up the good work!
