Since that the Government cannot put this to vote through the proper channels (There is not a category design for something like this.) I have PM all the members of congress and the President to ask them to vote on this subject. If all non-members of the Government please reframe from placing comments on this article as this is for voting on forming the Paratrooper Battalion.
