Edit: I realize that France has not been at war with Serbia for 3 days. My mistake.

Hello my Czech friends,

After long talks, we've found that France is willing to sign an MPP agreement with us. This will provide us with training wars and generally good stuff. Despite the fact that we are in LETO and that France is at war with Serbia, rest assured that there should be no problems; the war between France and Serbia was arranged.

Whether we will sign another MPP is up in the air. We are open to offers to have an MPP, especially with our allies. That's all I got to say for now.
