That's why I present you eRepublik Rules of Acquisition. It is not known for certain who wrote those rules but it is assumed that they were written by Grand Nagus Admin himself.



eRepublik Rules of Acquisition:

1. Once you have their gold, you never give it back.
2. Gold is everything.
3. Never spend more for an acquisition than you have to.
4. Never allow friends to stand in the way of opportunity.
5. Greed is eternal.
6. There is no profit in helping others.
7. A deal is a deal.
8. eRepublik businessman without profit is no businessman at all.
9. Never place friendship above profit.
10. Use every opportunity to make extra profit.
11. Enough... is never enough.
12. More is good. All is better.
13. Nothing is more important than your honesty... except gold.
14. Anything worth doing is worth doing for money.
15. It never hurts to suck up to the boss.
16. Peace is good for business but war is even better.
17. Expand or eDie.
18. There is nothing more dangerous than an honest businessman.
19. Free things are the most expensive ones.
20. The riskier the road, the greater the profit.
21. Only fools sell wholesale.
22. Only fools pay retail.
23. Everything is for sale, even friendship.
24. Home is where the heart is, but outward are better opportunities.
25. Every once in a while, declare peace. It confuses the hell out of your enemies.
26. Every man has his price.
27. Everithing decays, only gold lasts forever.
28. Treat people in your debt like friends... exploit them.
29. Whisper your way to success.
30. It's never too late to fire employees.
31. The best deal is the one that brings the most profit.
32. A player is only worth the sum of his possessions.
33. Hear all, trust nothing.
34. Sometimes the only thing more dangerous than a question is an answer.
35. Employees are the rungs on the ladder of success. Don't hesitate to step on them.
36. Money lost on the monetary market can't be reclaimed.
37. Why ask, when you can take?
38. Never be afraid to make a profit.
39. Never let the competition know what you're thinking.
40. Even in the worst of times, someone turns a profit.
41. Know your enemies... but do business with them anyway.
42. Always inspect the merchandise before making a deal.
43. Never let doubt interfere with your lust for gold.
44. Not even dishonesty can tarnish the shine of profit.
45. After you've exploited someone, it never hurts to thank them. That way, it's easier to exploit them next time.
46. No good deed ever goes unpunished.
47. There's nothing wrong with charity... as long as it winds up in your pocket.
48. A good lie is easier to believe than the truth.
49. Keep your lies consistent.
50. When no appropriate rule applies, make one up.
