Ok. I want to sell my Q1 house.

It cost me around 250 when I bought it and now the price today for one is barely over 200.

I will start the bidding at 135 USD.
Just post the bid. (edit: Oh and the time too now. Sorry I didn't say earlier. Make it UTC time)

Ok, unless there is a way to simply trade items, I have to make sure you will actually pay me. Sure I can bring things up with admins, but let's make this reasonably safeguarded.

Pay 1/3 of whatever your last bid (or a maximum 60 USD, the down payment can't be too high)
I will give the house.
Then I will accept the rest of the payment.

Please do not rip me off and make me tell admins. I assure you I will not steal the down payment.
