--Why?
Even if we have a commitment because of our Atlantis treaties, this is not a beneficial MPP to the US. Even if it didn't cost us the 30 gold to propose it, Canada is not militarily inclined and since we're in the same time zone, it'd be one less ally to help us when P.E.A.C.E. were to attack.
