Citizens,

Ministry of Defense has decided on the following and is willing to take the needed measures in order to save the revolution and socialism.

* Ministry of Defense is bond directly to the President (High Commander of the Army).

* Czech Armed Forces are bond to the Ministry of Defense.

* Czech Armed Forces are the main stone of the revolution.

* Czech Armed Forces will take the needed measures if the so called new nation does not stop rebelling.

* All resistance to the glorious Czech Army will be punished.

* Czech Armed Forces gives 5 days to the pirates to stop rebelling and start working with the government towards a better future.

* If the pirates wishes to rebel, military action will be taken against them.
