UPDATE: The bug appears to have been fixed but it is probably worth checking. There was also a bug that delayed publication of this article.

As some of you will already be aware, there is a widespread bug in eRep at the moment. You can't heal after fighting: no 'Hospital' button on the battle page and no 'Heal' button on your region page. Clearing the cache does not help. The problem appears to be that the replication database used by the region/hospital page is not being updated to be in sync with the main database - ie 'the hospital has out of date information'.

You can tell if this is happening by making a change - training, working, reading an alert etc - and seeing if that change shows up on your region page. My places - Profile - then click on your region name

You can either avoid fighting today, or risk it that the databases will be back in synchronisation when you log in later (if you will be able to log in much later).
