[Italian MoFA] A message to Argentinian people

Hello dear people of Argentina, I'm Scoundrel, new Italian Minister of Foreign Affairs and I'd like to talk with you.

As you might remember, last month former italian president proposed an MPP with Argentina, without discussing with you.It was a mistake; I can't understand how has happened. So I think it's right that Italy apologizes with Argentina.

Italy and Argentina don't know each other very well, but we have never considered you as enemies, since we have common allies as USA, Canada, Croatia, Romania that now need our help.

We haven't had occasion to know each other, but maybe we can start right here, right now, with this clarification for what happened last month.

I think we can start a friendship, since we're people always loyal to our allies and we can both ask to USA, Canada, Croatia, Romania.
