כפי שידוע בוודאי לכולכם מדינת ישראל נמצאת במצב כלכלי קשה. האספקות הגדולות שהיו קיימות עד לא מכבר נעלמו והחליפו אותן אספקות צנועות ולא מספקות. במציאות הכלכלית הנוכחית בו לכל שקל יש משמעות נדרש מכולנו להשתתף בנטל המיסים ובאחריות למצבה הכלכלי של מדינת ישראל.




המדינה ומשרד האוצר מגבשים שורת המלצות ותוכניות כדי לעמוד במסגרת התקציב, תוכניות שנמצאות כרגע בדיונים ובניסיונות לבדוק האם ניתן ליישם אותן. אבל על תוכנית אחת יש הסכמה מקיר לקיר - נושא תרומת מדליות הקונגרס היינו הדרך המהירה ביותר לחיזוקה הכלכלה הישראלית. למעשה תרומה של 90% מהזהב שווה לכמעט שליש מתקציב המדינה כולה! כלומר במצב הנוכחי בו כמות הבונוסים ירדה, ועסקים מתקשים לתפקד יש חשיבות בלתי רגילה להירתמות הנבחרים לכנסת ליוזמה הישנה הזו.


נכון לרגע כתיבת שורות אלה תרמו החודש 55% בלבד מבין חברי הכנסת לאוצר המדינה. היות וכפי שאמרנו המצב הכלכלי לא ישתנה בקרוב, המדינה עתידה להפסיד כסף החודש ולמעשה למצוא את עצמה במצב הקרוב לפשיטת רגל. כיוון שלא נרשה שזה יקרה, נצטרך לחתוך בצורה דרמטית את האספקה לחיילים בימים הקרובים.


ישנם חברי כנסת שוודאי לא יסכימו לקביעה שהם חייבים לתרום את המדליה, יש שיזכירו את פועלם לטובת המדינה - הכל טוב ונכון ואנו לא נערער על כך. אך לא מדובר בתקופה בה אפשר להסתפק רק בעבודה טובה, לא מדובר בתקופה שבה אנו יכולים לקבל תרומות חלקיות, אלא בתקופה שבה לא ניתן לקבל שום דבר פחות מהשתתפות מלאה בתקציב המדינה.


במידה וחברי הכנסת לא יבינו ויפנימו את המצב הקשה, לא תהיה לנו ברירה ונאלץ לנקוט בסנקציות כנגדם. במציאות בה עתיד המדינה תלוי בתרומות אלו, אנו חייבים לנקוט בצעדים יותר אגרסיביים.

As you all probably know the state of Israel is in a hard financial situation. The large supplies that existed recently are gone and have been replaced by humble and unsatisfying supplies. In the current economical reality where every shekel matters, it's required from all of us to share the tax burden and the responsibility for Israel's financial situation.





The state and the ministry of finance are formulating a series of recommendations and plans to stay within the budget, plans the are currently in discussions and in efforts to check is they're implementable. But on one plan there's an agreement from wall to wall - the donation of the congress medal subject is the fastest way the strengthen the Israel economy. In fact donations of 90% of the gold equals to almost a third of the whole state budget! So in the current situation when the amount of bonuses has been lowered, and businesses are having a hard time functioning there's an unbelievable importance for the cooperation of the congress members to this old initiative.


At the time of writing these lines only 55% percent of the congress member have donated to the state treasury. Since as we said the economical situation won't change soon, the country is going to lose money this month and finding it self in a close to bankrupt status. Because we're not going to let it happen, we'll have to dramatically decrease supplies for the soldiers in the .coming days




There are surely knesset members that won't agree to the assertion that they have to donate their medal, there are ones that will remind of all the good they done for the country - it's all good and correct and we won't appeal that. But it's not a time when we can only be satisfied with good work, it's not a time when we can get any partial donations, but a time when nothing below full participation in the state budget is acceptable.


If the congress member won't understand and internalize the tough situation, we'll have no choice but to impose sanctions against them.

In a reality when the future of the state depends on these donations, we have to take more aggressive measures.


Every congress member in the past or in the present that are in these lists, please pay attention and join the national cause:
