Translation: Keith is only happy when the TUP is the biggest party with most influence and therefore the government is doing what he wants. Any policies not prior agreed and favoured by him/TUP is "not fun".
He was the same back in the day when the UKPP became the biggest party with ideas not of his 9wn. He is still bitter about it to this day.
