Join the new world

It is with mixed emotions that I declare my intent to stand as a UKRP Congressional Candidate in the East of England this term. It brings me happiness, returning to a constituency that I have represented in the House of Commons for five terms of office, but tinged with a little sadness that I am unable to represent my other 'home' constituency of Northern Ireland, which remains the sole eUK territory which remains occupied by foreign powers.

For those who do not know me, I was born on Day 13 of the New World (3/12/2007). I have been a member of the UKRP since it's formation - and up until last term had an unbroken history of service within the House of Commons of 23 terms - which was (and may stil be) unrivalled within the whole of Erepublik.

I am active within the main game, within the eUK forums, IRC and other communications means. I have had a lot of fun appearing in Erepublik related podcsts and phone-ins. As a founder member of the eUK "Royal Guard", (formally titled the "Territorial Army&quot😉, I had the pleasure of serving in every rank from Private soldier to Commanding Officer. I currently hold the rank of Field Marshal with a strength (at time of writing) of 28.38 and a damage potential of greater than 515 per fight!

I am currently GM of three eUK based companies and have not missed a days work for 180 days. I am also the eUKs most experienced Construction Worker. I am currently one of the few Level 22 players in eUK and have amassed over 5600 experience points.


Policies that I support and wish to pursue are:

- Liberation of ALL native eUK regions INCLUDING Northern Ireland
- The rebuilding of regional hospitals to support new players with life enhancing health.
- The maitainence of a steady supply of battels that ALL eUK citizens can fight in
- Further delagation and distribution of responsibility within Government
- Reduction in taxation levels in order to stimulate economic growth.


I believe that I am a seasoned, experienced and proactive candidate who has stood the tests of time. I think that I can guarantee that I am not gong to 'burn out' like many of our recent members of Government - a more consistent and measured approach is more my style.

So - on the 25th of February (which s my birthday) - do make me a present of your vote!
