Once again I am standing for election to Congress in my home constituency of Northern Ireland.

Rather than produce a long rambling manifesto (as described by Sir Humphrey Appleby here), I have decided this term to base my campaign around FOUR promises. If elected to Congress:

1. I will remain active and participate in all Congressional debates and votes.

2. I will serve a full term of office without resigning.

3. I will remain honest, dutiful and sensible thoughout my term.

4. I will serve the interests of the citizens of Northern Ireland and the eUK to the best of my abilty.

It should be noted that many of our elected members of Congress fail in one or more of these areas.
