Greetings, Croatia!

Belarus is young country and actively looking for allies in the New World. Our friends, Bulgaria and Ukraine, have very good opinion about your country. So we decided to try developing relations between our countries. After negotiations with your CP and MoFA, we agreed on signing MPP. I hope that this is the beginning of a long and strong friendship.
