Estimados Ciudadanos y Aliados,

desde Perú nos han declarado un Natural Enemy (For The Lulz en primera instancia) el cual podría ser aprobado desde esos lares xD ya que nos quieren demasiado

Debido a esto pido que apenas se rechaze la ley LULZ de ayer del Naruto (NE a Argentina) alguien envíe NE a Perú, y lo más importante de esta ley es que todos los Sres. Congresistas GUARDEN SU VOTO, osea NO VOTEN hasta que reciban ordenes del Ejecutivo de votar una opción

Esto se realizará para que en caso de que el Pueblo Hermano Peruano nos acepte el NE nosotros se lo devolvamos y estemos algo más preparados para hacerles frente a los Peruvians.
Y en caso de que lo rechacen por el Lulz nosotros también lo rechacemos y no abramos un frente en Perú.

Se converso algo con la MoFA Kiwi y nos dijo que Australia les declaró NE, así que rechazaron el día de ayer el NE enviado hacia nosotros, por si las moscas, se está también empezando las conversaciones para cerrar los TW con los kiwis en caso de que el Congreso peruano apruebe el NE.

Obviamente no sabemos que acciones seguirá el próximo presidente así que no me entrometeré más de lo necesario en el asunto, solo lo justo y necesario.

Además les pido a los Sres. Congresistas que apenas se niegue el NE a Argentina de ayer, favor ENVÍEN LA LEY, ya que un Congresista amigo de nosotros ChilenoPe amenazó con tirar NE a Argentina de nuevo para joder las defensas de Chile

From Peru we recibe a Proposal of Natural Enemy (suppose for the lulz) but this law will be accept in Peru cause they love us to much

For this I ask to Congress to send a NE to Peru when NarutoYagami Fail Law will reject, one send a fast law of NE to Peru to defend us in case they accept the law, and the most important HOLD THE VOTE (don’t vote yet) until the government said wath option we vote.

This will do cause if our brother country of peru declare us as NE we can defend, and vote yes, and in case they don’t declare us as NE we vote NO and we continue with TrainingWars with NZ.

We talk with NZ MoFA and she told me that Australia declare they as NE, so they cancel the proposal of NE to Chile, and we can close the War maybe if they are under attack of Australia and we are under attack of Peru.

Also ask to Congressman members of eChile, when NE to Argentina will be reject please send fast the NE to peru cause our congressman ChilenoPe want to send another FAIL law to NE to Argentina to prevent this act of defense.
