Trade routes on the way to be re-established
Clopoyaur
On day 1219 trade routes were implemented in E-Republik, meaning that for a country to benefit the bonuses given by their regions, all regions must be connected to the capital.
In that moment, our capital Jeju remained isolated for the rest of the country because the link to the rest of the country was blocked by a region given to China. From that moment the government tried relentless to find a solution in a situation where all the options were quite impossible.
The first option was to connect Jeju to the rest of the country trough Jeollanam-do, which was in possesion of China. Taking into consideration that China didnt had any other aluminum region we were asked to give them some time to get another one. After failing to have an agreement with Japan for Shikoku and getting one in a very unstable region in Pakistan, the second option was taken into account: changing the capital.
The capital of a country can be changed in E-Republik in a single way, by being conquered by someone else. The only options were Japan and China as they were the only countries having a border with Jeju. Having the experince of the last 2 wars with Japan, this option was excluded from the start as it would of have been to dangerous. Jeju being conquered by China on the other hand would of lead to losing some of the MPPs and good relations that we have established with some of the European countries.
There was also a third option: involving Taiwan in this deal and trough a serios of swaps between China, South Korea and Taiwan, the capital to be moved to Gangwon-do, China to get Gyeongsangnam-do (as other aluminum region) and Taiwan getting also some regions for some bonuses. As this option has involved a lot of negotiations between the three sides and alot of tense moments, you have seen 2 previous attempts to recover Jeollanam-do (in the last days) and in the press some logs of my conversations with the Chinese president.
However, at this moment, the operation has started and in 2-3 day time our capital will be moved and South Korea will have back 25% iron and 25% grain as bonuses. However, during this operation, the following regions will switch owners a few times, so population is advised to evacuate them: Gyeongsangnam-do (will remain in the posession of China), Jeollanam-do (will remain in the possesion of Taiwan), Jeollabuk-do (will remain in the possesion of Taiwan), Gyeongsangbuk-do (will remain in the posession of Taiwan but will get in their posession at the end of the operation) and Jeju (will remain in the posession of South Korea but will be conquered a few times by China and Taiwan).
As elections are aproaching, please take this into consideration while sending your aplication for a congress seat. Also, during this 3-side swap, we would need to win some battles and to lose others, therefore please follow the battle orders you will find in the South Korean Dragons newspaper.
People who need to evacuate the regions mentioned above and not having resources to buy a ticket are advised to send a message to South Korean Dragons in order to receive a ticket for the movement or to leave a comment to this article

"There was also a third option: involving Taiwan in this deal and trough a serios of swaps between China, South Korea and Taiwan"
Which took us a month and still havent completed, any of the other 2 options would have completed by now.
"Jeju being conquered by China on the other hand would of lead to losing some of the MPPs and good relations that we have established with some of the European countries."
1. We dont need good relationship with European countries, particular with the introduction of trade route, and other features that made relationship with neighbouring country much more important that someone half way around the world.
2. You complained to China about your financial losses because of the broken trade route, what would those MPP cost to us in comparison?
"Gyeongsangnam-do (will remain in the posession of China), Jeollanam-do (will remain in the possesion of Taiwan), Jeollabuk-do (will remain in the possesion of Taiwan)"
And of course, we are expecting rents for these deals? correct?
Roger that! o7

I don't agree, but hey, it's your decision...
@Squibeel: i think he means eJapan is dangerous, its citizens don't always follow HOLD orders and fight like crazy turning any TW into a full-blown war.
crayven @ i dont think that's what actually happens, either way, what's done is done 😛
hey Squibeel : )
Its sad when a country says "I dont agree; but hey, it's your decision...."
