I completely support this initiative, despite it not being as fruitful as the weapons one, but I can see a potential viscious cycle here unless you're doing something in particular with this system.
This system requires more participation than the last to yield an equal profit. Given this fact, more donations will need to be sent out over private channels. Thus I ask, Geezus, are these donations solely coming from you or from a vast network of individuals? We don't need you banned again! lol

That program can't make so high income to the state than the q5 weapon program. But the 300 JPY daily income is a really good possibility to the citizens to earn some money!

In this program i don't get donation from citizens so i can't get money from clones. That is why i think this construction should be safe for me.
