Don KronoX in memoriam

Dear fellas, dear gals, friends, eSlovenians, dear eWorld,


Few weeks ago, someone wanted to add me as friend. Usually I write a PM, why. This player asked me about who was Don KronoX, because he is a young player and he has just seen his name on my profile. And in that time I realized that, 19th of February is already near, so now I broke my trip for this day.

So today is the 19th of February. Why do I highlight this day? Because personally I would like to commemorate a friend of mine. I do not wish to talk in long, it is just a simple and short commemorating article.

What am I talking about?
First of all I want to note that I don’t like to involve RL into the game, but I met him in this game and inter alia because of his activity, he deserves it.
This day 1 year ago, a kind fellow of us just departed from the living persons in real life. He had a serious illness and unfortunately he lost in that fight. He was 32 years old.

Who am I talking about?

Don KronoX

Who was he?
He was eBorn 1st of November, 2009. Maybe accidental, but on the day of All Saint’s Day. He was Slovenian, so played in eSlovenia at the beginning but he built a successful carrier in eNew Zealand during his eLife. He was the first eSlovenian president in the eRepublik v2, later he was elected twice in eNew Zealand.
He was not just a successful politican but a superb soldier too, his homeland and allies could always count on him, the newbies might always look up on him and could learn from him but he even was a respected player in the eye of the “enemies”. And besides of everything, he was a good friend. I did not know him in real life, but I talked him several times ingame and I think we can agree on the fact, the community lost much.

After this tragedy, he became the first player, who has been awarded with the “eRepublik Elite citizen” title in an extraordinary manner, because the citizens obtain this title over level 100.
