Hey eIndia
Citizen Mentoring is one of the most important jobs in Erepublik,It helps new citizens stay in the game and mature.
We need more players to start staying in eIndia to help us grow and become stronger
India needs as many people as possible to help in mentoring, you can do as little as or as much as you want,every bit will help
I plan to have a meeting on IRC during next week so please if your interested in playing your part in maker your eIndia bloom please comment and what day & time would suit.

Happy to help, I'm here basically all day everyday except for when I sleep so time isn't too much of an issue, just don't hold it after 19:00 erep time. Weekends are always better for me

Happy to help, but in all the countries i have lived i have never yet found a mentoring program that actually worked effectively or consistently. It simply gets incredibly boring for the mentors and the men-tees then get frustrated because they dont get adequate support. How do you plan to prevent this one from sizzling out?

I agree with you I hope to work on a possible reward system for the mentors as it is a hard tedious job. And so, yes any programs can easily sizzle out.
But something has to be done and I hope with greater involvement so all that work is not on a few shoulders we can succeed. You can bring any suggestions you have up @ the meeting (Time still to be determined)
