But the question is can a country monthly dispose of its leader without losing 400000

First off we would need cooperative fighting and a 100% of MU's cooperating across the specter.

In other words a monthly reset of determination at a profit.

The answer is a resounding yes. In fact this exploit(calling it what it is) will net the country a massive monetary reward.

`1904 + 280 gold = 2184 gold

Minus 200000 to initiate = 921648 - 200000 = 721648 profit

If its winner takes all your gold is halved so


1092 gold x 422 cc = 460824 cc - 200000 = 260824 cc profit

Further notes would be of course no energy bars or bombs or weps to be used except perhaps q1 weps except if there is a huge mountain to be climbed say for dictators with the determination
