Dear theocrats,

this is the story about Theocratic Pantheon and the ban (written by Dudley and send to Admins):
All that below happened during the huge battle in Sardinia
"I've been banned because "You have taken advantage of a donate money law exploit."

It happens on December:

Theocracy was in south africa on December. We took many money but no gold in that country. A day there was a challenge: I and petdog (both banned) tried to start a donation law while the old was in pending. We did that to avoid the attempt of rescue money from the national account. The money were sent to theocratic pantheon that has been banned too.

So: Dudley, Petdog and Theocratic Pantheon have been banned for that.

Let's see why the ban is wrong.

The 2 donation laws are sure a bug of the game because only one donation can be proposed at a time. You can say that we take advantage of that and in according to the 6th law we should be banned. It's True. BUT the fact happened before the published of the new laws!

New laws have been published the day 454 of the New World (on January) in this article: http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/new-entity-laws-736340/1/20 More than one months after! In that article there's writing that: "Starting tomorrow, day 454 of the New World, a new set of entity laws will be implemented in eRepublik. " So we cannot be punished following that laws!

So it should be applicated the old laws. Take a look to the number 4:

4. Every citizen that enriched through an illegal or unjust method must return the property this way obtained.

Considering that i ask you to unban:

-Petdog and Dudley
-Theocratic Pantheon

We'll return back all money."

This is the real story, all others chitchat are usefull and not reals.

Yes we got three Perm Ban for an old story of 4 months ago.
4 months ago there were different rules and the new rules can't be retoactive.
We elaborate our Appeal basing our defence on impossibility of retoactivity of the rules.
Maybe we get nothing, but we are trying to get an answer from Admins, that still now they don't gave us.

But the situation is very complicated beacuse we noted strange donations from italian orgs.

Well guys... Italy in one day donate more than 5400 gold (16 pages of gold donation).

I assure you that eItaly no have all those gold.

National eItaly (principal italian org, that receive the donate laws) no moved one gold, there were 2700 golds and 2700 golds stuck around... so the question is only one: Where those gold come from?
We are not talking about 1000 or 2000 gold but more then 5400 gold.

Also Admins asked themself where those gold came from and infact they banned both org for three days.
But now are unbanned. So what the hell is wrong in this game?
They deny the evidence of facts. Are FAKE GOLD.

So another question: We wrong and we still paying, and why italy don't pay for FAKE GOLD?
