Η θέση μας γιά τις νέες χώρες - Our opinion on adding new countries

Μαζί με την έκδοση 2 του eRepublic (v2) ψυθιρίζεται έντονα ότι θα προστεθούν και νέες χώρες. Επειδή ένα άρθρο που θα καλύπτει όλες τις μέλλουσες χώρες θα ήταν πολύ μεγάλο, θα περιοριστούμε στα της ευρύτερης γειτονιάς μας.


Κύπρος

Η Δημοκρατία της Κύπρου

Η Δημοκρατία της Κύπρου είναι το πρώτο από τα κράτη που παρουσιάζουμε και τα οποία υποστηρίζουμε να ενταχθούν στη νέα έκδοση του eRepublik. Στο χάρτη βλέπετε το ωησί όπως θα έπρεπε να είναι και όπως ήταν πριν την τουρκική εισβολή του 1974 και την κατοχή του βορείου τμήματος έκτοτε απο τους Τούρκους. Ολοι οι διεθνείς οργανισμοί αναγνωρίζουν την Δημοκρατία της Κύπρου ως το μόνο γνήσιο εκφραστή των πολιτών του νησιού. Πρόσφατα εντάχθηκε στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ενωση, ενώ το βόρειο, κατεχόμενο τμήμα της είναι ακόμη υπό παράνομη κατοχή από την Τουρκία.

Η περιοχή του Κοσσυφοπεδίου

Πολλά λέγονται και υποστηρίζονται γιά το "που ανήκει" η περιοχή του Κοσσυφοπεδίου, επίσης γνωστού και ως Κόσσοβο. Στην RL πολλά παιγνίδια παίζονται στην πλάτη και των Σέρβων αλλά και των Αλβανών κατοίκων της περιοχής από τις "μεγάλες δυνάμεις", αλλά εδώ τα πράγματα είναι διαφορετικά.
Εμείς είμαστε υπέρ δύο λύσεων:
1. Να μην ενταχτεί το Κοσσυφοπέδιο μέχρι να λήξει το θέμα που αυτή τη στιγμή είναι στο Διεθνές Δικαστήριο, καθώς ούτε καν τα Ηνωμένα Έθνη έχουν αναγνωρίσει την οντότητα του.
2. Να ενταχθεί με το μέχρι πρότινως καθεστώς του, δηλαδή μέρος της Σερβίας.

Για εμάς είναι δεδομένο ότι καθώς δεν υπάρχει κρατική οντότητα για το Κοσσυφοπέδιο, και καθώς το καθεστώς που θα διέπει την μελλοντική του μορφή είναι ακόμη υπό συζήτηση, οι μόνες πραγματικά δυνατές και σύννομες λύσεις είναι οι δύο που προαναφέραμε.

Μαυροβούνιο

Το Μαυροβούνιο

Η περίπτωση του Μαυροβουνίου είναι σημαντικά πιό εύκολη. Από την εποχή που αποσχίστηκε από την Σερβία και απέκτησε κρατική οντότητα με διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένη ονομασία από όλους τους αντίστοιχους οργανισμούς, η ένταξη του - πάντοτε στην περίπτωση που πληρεί και τα τυπικά κριτήρια του eRepublik - πρέπει να ολοκληρωθεί.


Αλβανία

Η Αλβανία

Η μεγαλύτερη από τις περιοχές που μένουν γιά να ολοκληρωθεί η Βαλκανική εικόνα είναι η Αλβανία. Το πρόβλημα της Αλβανίας όμως είναι αποκλειστικά χρηστικό. Είναι δεδομένο ότι είμαστε υπέρ της εισόδου της χώρας στο eRepublic, εφ'όσον και αυτή πληρεί τα τυπικά κριτήρια που ορίζει το παιγνίδι.

Η περιοχή Παιονίας

Γνωστή και ως FYROM η περιοχή της Παιονίας, αποτελεί άλλη μία χώρα γιά την οποία πρέπει κατά τη γνώμη μας να ακολουθηθεί μία από τις επόμενες δύο λύσεις:
1. Να μην ενταχθεί μέχρι να λυθεί το διεθνές ζήτημα της ονομασίας του κρατιδίου, καθώς όλοι οι διεθνείς οργανισμοί το αναγνωρίζουν με το προσωρινό όνομα ΠΓΔΜ. Η ένταξη του κρατιδίου αυτού που απαρτίζεται από Βούλγαρους, Αλβανούς, Σέρβους, Ελληνες, Ρομά κλπ, μπορεί να περιμένει την επίσημη κατάληξη των συνομιλιών και την οριστική απόφαση των διεθνών οργανισμών, αλλιώς δημιουργεί σοβαρό νομικό θέμα.
2. Να ενταχθεί με την προσωρινή ονομασία ΠΓΔΜ (FYROM) μέχρι τα Ηνωμένα Εθνη, τα οποία είναι και ο μοναδικός οργανισμός ο οποίος έχει την αρμοδιότητα επικυρώσεως διεθνούς ονομασίας, να καταλήξουν σε τελική απόφαση.

Είναι δεδομένο πως από τη στιγμή κατά την οποία όλοι απολύτως οι διεθνείς οργανισμοί χρησιμοποιούν το προσωρινό όνομα ΠΓΔΜ, το eRepublik οφείλει να ακολουθήσει την ίδια αυτή διαδρομή μέχρι την επίλυση του ζητήματος.


Αρμενία

Η Αρμενία

Αλλη μία χώρα που συμφωνούμε απόλυτα να εισαχθεί στο eRepublik είναι η Αρμενία. Καθώς μάλιστα η έκδοση 2 (v2) του παιγνιδιού προβλέπεται να γίνει κοντά στον Απρίλιο, θα ήταν η απολύτως κατάλληλη στιγμή για να συμπέσει και με την επέτειο των 95 χρόνων από την γενοκτονία των Αρμενίων από τους Τούρκους, σαν φόρος τιμής προς τον πονεμένο αυτό λαό.

Along with version 2 of eRepublik there are whispers that a few new countries will be added. Because in one article alone we cannot cover all of them, we will voice our opinion for the neighborhood.


Cyprus

Republic of Cyprus

Republic of Cyprus is the first of the countries we present and support to join eRepublik v2. On the map you can see the island as it should be and as it was before the turkish invasion of 1974 and the illegal occupation of the north part of the island. All international organisations recognise the Republic of Cyprus as the one and only state entity of the island. Recently it became a full member of the EU, while the northern part still remains occupied by turkish army.
We strongly believe that respecting international status, forces everyone to accept Cyrpus as a whole in eRepublik.


Kossovo and Metohia

The Kossovo and Metohia region

A lot is being written and said about where this region belongs. In RL a lot of games are played by the so called "big world powers" in the expence of the Serbian and Albanian residents of the area, but in here things are different.
We are for the following two solutions:
1. Kossovo and Metohia does not join the game until the issue is solved, since it is still at the International Court and also the UN havent even recognised it as an state entity yet.
2. Join eRepublik as part of Serbia, according to the official status as it was before the dispute.

For us it is given that since there is no state entity for the area, and since the future status is yet to be determined, the only actually practical and leggaly correct solutions would be the two mentioned above. Of course in the case of a final decision, the ingame status should be adjusted accordingly.

Montenegro

The situation with Montenegro is pretty simple. Since it got separated from Serbia and became a state entity, with their country name internationally recognised by all the relevant organisations, then it should join eRepublik, given that the rest of the typical requirements are fullfilled.


Albania

The largest of the Balkan states tha havent yet joined eRepublik, Albanian problem is access and users. We support the entry of the country if, as in Montenegro's case, fullfills the rest of eRepublik requirements.


FYROM - Paeonia

The Paeonian region

Also known as FYROM, the area of Paeonia is one more country that should follow one of the two solutions:
1. Do not join until the international dispute of the country's name is solved, since all official international organisations (UN, EU, NATO, IMF, IOC, etc) are using a provisional name (FYROM) to describe the country. The entry of this state that consists of Bulgarians, Serbs, Albanians, Greeks, Roma etc could be postponed until the final decision of the mediators and the recognition by a permanent name by the international organisations, or else a legal issue could arise.
2. Join under the temporary name of FYROM, until the UN, which is the one and only organisation officially related with country names recognition, reaches a decision.

It is given that since absolutely every international organisation follows the UN decision for a temporary name of FYROM, eRepublik should also follow the same practise until a final decision is reached.


Armenia

Landlocked Armenia

One more country that we fully support to join eRepublik is Armenia. As also rumors have it that the v2 of eRepublik is going to be released close to April, then it would be a perfect moment to coincide with the 95th anniversary of the Armenian genocide by the turkish, as a tribute to this still suffering people.
