[MA4PP] Why Religionism and not Nationalism

A very important note before I begin, by Religionism I mean ingame eReligions such are Dioism, Rotoism, Bobloism etc, NOT Christianity, Islam etc. The difference is huge.
QUETTA, Pakistan - Gentlemen, today we have Party President elections. In Vento Aureo vote for me, in Stone Ocean vote for William Walker. Regarding PRF, even tho I maybe shouldn't interfere, I would like to give support to Policy, a friend and a guy who knows what he's talking about. And ofc, a glorious troll, which is good, very good.
Despite above was main reason of my writing, I will use a chance to give introduction to the Dioism series that I promised to myself so many times. This will mainly be a long comment on raao's article, but it can be used as a stand-alone article.
Raao talked about Nationalism as the only way to return our regions. I can imagine that his idea is that through National RL media, Pakistan would get baby boom, and those babies are going to give us freedom and many more regions based on RL hate. I can argument against that quite strongly, having quite a bit experience from major Serbian baby booms that happened when I started getting more involved into the game (I'm talking about 7000 people joining over 2-3 days, one of the baby booms that had the biggest retention rate in eRep history). I am just going to ask this: do you want 500 little PedjaT's wreaking havoc around?
As great as it may seem, focusing on RL Nationalism will bring low quality people to the community, which will degrade it. Again, talking from experience as a moderator of Serbian National channel. Sure, you will have more people, but is it worth it?
On the other hand you have Religionism, which doesn't necessarily have to cancel out Nationalism. But for now, to keep it simple, let's say it does. eReligion is a concept, much like eMarriage, where you believe in something or more specifically, someone. Be it Dio Brando, Roto, Pavicevic, everything goes around glorifying their name. Ofc, Dioism is the most developed of them all, as it pretty much started since day 1 of the game, and had a country as a base.
Why would I be so much against Nationalism and for Religionism? It's simple, eReligion is fun. Nationalism is not. Being quite a nationalist in RL, I have decided that my gameplay here, despite Serbia being what it is, will not be affected. Everything regarding RL I put aside, in order to maximize the fun factor of my gaming experience here. I even left Serbia after my 2nd term in Gov and retirement from PTO team because it was no longer fun.
You could have noticed it already, but it's gonna be more. Nationalism leads towards fights. Many, too many hard fights, that drive neutral people out of the game. Then it moves to RL as well, where we had guy selling 6k gold on black market and other people trying to beat the shit out of him IRL. There is no unity! At start there will, it will be glorious, but it will quickly degrade and eventually you will have rotting community. Serbia is anything but united, no matter what you outsiders would think.
Raao also mentioned a couple of high-ranked Nationalists. Here is the short list of high-ranked Dioists:
- Dio Brando, Falcon, Gnoltac, William Walker, IRUKANJI, Senor Schlong, AgentChieftain - some of the oldfags who stayed in Pakistan
- kotekzot (former CP of Paki, few know that he was also a CP of Russia)
- Iain Keers (current SG of ONE, ex SG of PH😵
- Dishmcds (USA/UK CP, think he had some roles in PHX and PEACE)
- Antonio Salgado/Jazar (CP of Brazil, SG/SC/whatever in PEACE/PHX/Terra)
- GLaDOS (CP of Russia, stuff in USA and UK, PEACE SG)
- SEES Party in USA, who given a couple of USA CPs
The list can go on and on, I can't remember them all. You also have a Dioist fraction named Theocrats who lived in Swiss and later South Korea, who's army was one of the major factors 2 years ago. But more about people later.
That's all for now, the next time I will probably talk about the fall of Dioism and how you can actually be both Nationalist and a Follower. Might split it in two articles, don't know yet.
Until then see you arnd,
MorbidAngel.

Atleast the newbies can know about dioism through your articles
Great info. I might translate and publish it in Urdu when I move to dioism in my Urdu info articles, if you give the permission. But I will publish them only after your articles have completed their 2 days in media so it doesn't affect the English readership of our media ^ _^
Brofist etc :3
Nice article bozli, but I don't agree with it. why? coz I was here when the "EXODUS" happened, I saw what the dioists did, and when the Max Mcfarland left, 97% of dioists left too, ePakistan is still facing the consequences of that chapter of our eHistory!
If eReligion is that much important to dioists then why did they left for there "national" eCountries instead of making "the land of sand" stronger and mightier??
I know it'll raise a huge debate, but imo Nationalism is far better then eReligionism.
Thats what I mentioned as well that this worked only once in Pakistan. Almost 90% of high-ranked Nationalists are still in Pakistan since then.. Where are the high-ranked Dioists??
I believe they are great but they are great for Dioism nt for Pakistan.. So Pakistan need more Nationalists..
@ tahir, most of them quit the game. And paki isn't facing consequences of that part of the history, we would be in this situation nevertheless.
@raao - good portion of current paki foreign policy is based on influence of those high ranked Dioists. Had people been smarter a while ago, those connections could have been used to a great extend. Instead, they were dropped and forgotten.
