Tomorrow the 15th of July are the party presidential elections. As you may know I Bean&teddy am running for party president in the Independent Labour Party.



Lets look at some of the main things a person needs to be a successful party president:

Leadership
Organisational skills
Commitment
be innovative
have some experience

Leadership

As 2 times PP of ILP, ex VP of Ireland, Commander of Labour's Army. Leadership is definitely one of my stronger points. I was PP of ILP for two months in the past. In those two months I managed to help lead ILP from 36 members to over 100 members and to become the number 1 eIrish party.

Organizational skills
I've been ILP election director for the past few months now. Im also currently organising a Haxball tournament as well as organising numerous events for MoC. So I think it's fair to say I'm fairly organised. 🙂

Commitment
The fact that I log on every day, have 11 hard worker medals and that it was my second eBirthday last month and I'm still playing speaks for itself about my commitment to the game. I have literally invested everything I have between ILP and LA. I put all my in game time into helping improve them so if that isn't enough I don't know what is

Innovative
Just read below and you'll see some of the innovative ideas I will implement in ILP this month. I have already mentioned the ideas that I will be helping with in MoC.

Now as the title says, what you will get if you elect me as PP of ILP.

I will work to regain the number one position in Ireland. I have plans to do this and anyone who is interested please pm me.

I have a plan to revive our irc #ILP and our forum. I will do this by setting up a stamp scheme. Basically when you log onto irc you fill in a google docs of what time you were there and one witness. After a set number of visits you are rewarded a prize. Irc will also be used to avail of some new schemes I hope to bring into ILP.
The same concept will be applied to forums. I will be holding some competitions there as well.

As ILP election monitor I aim to beat last months number of ILP congressmen/ women elected. As you can see in Dan Breens article here the ILP section of congress is the most active and therefore I believe this goal is definitely achievable.



I also plan to expand ILP in the area of media so will we see weekly updates as well as constant communication between party members.

Pfft if you have made it this far I would just like to say that yes I do a lot of boasting in this article but my statements are backed up with facts however I could not have achieved any of this without other people. My greatest in game achievement's are only possible because of the work that the members of ILP/LA and everyone else have put in.
