A vane (weacher-cock) turns every time the wind changes.

Which country of the New World has turned most times in the last year? (Phoenix/Group4 --> PANAM --> Pro-ONE --> EDEN/Terra) This behaviour seems to be far from the real Turkish national habit.

We do love the Turks.
