I think the Minister of Foreign Affairs should be given the title 'Supreme Commander Of Unified Forces Of Pakistan's Allies(SCUFPA) who should head the forces in war of Pakistan and it's allies.

The CP and SCUFPA will have great powers during war. He should be the chief advisor of the CP in military and foreign affairs.
