I should have posted this earlier, though I figured I had alerted most active players of this news already; once the USA closes their war in North Korea (and opens a new important one elsewhere?), we will be able to start RWs in our regions again. Please wait until Day 2641 to spend any money on these RWs, otherwise I cannot help out. We are being paid taxes for the days we are occupied, and as some are expressing fears over being wiped, let me be clear: we will continue to have a Congress without any problems.

Be prepared to start an RW in Northern Bohemia late in the day of Day 2641. I'll try to be around to rally up support when the appropriate time comes.
