So, by and large there are many of us that have grown stagnant with the pause in the war module, economic problems that it's caused, and other items that generally just relate to being bored. There have been loads of ideas that have been tried and faltered, and tried again.

In the UK, there are a few programs that dont get enough attention, no matter how busy. Here's a small list of things we have going on that you may want to be involved in:

UK Forums

We are always making improvements to the UK Forums! We boast the most active forum in Erepublik, and are currently adding things such as an eUK website portal, beginners guides, and general improvements (such as organisation).

We boast private forums for all political parties, and open arms for anyone with a positive contribution (whether everyone agrees or not) to the eUK. Join today, and learn more about the United Kingdom and it's greatness.

UK Armed Forces

The UK Armed Forces offer a wide variety of services. We have our Paratroopers (strength 4 and above), our reserves, and a few other branches I'll not mention here. We are always taking sign ups, and will begin doing (at least I will) random drills over the next two weeks to ensure our preparedness come the release of V1.

Aurum's Bookie's

Formerly known as Big Boy's Bookies, the Bookie is the longest running betting service that we are aware of in Erepublik. Bets can be arranged on a wide variety of sporting events (football, American and otherwise) from the Premiership to the NFL Pick'Em (and offering most currently running sports). Can place bets in Gold or GBP.

Government Jobs

In most countries, the most organisation comes from the people you elect in Government. The best way to learn Erepublik is to join our Apprenticeship program. At this time, we've closed applications but after each Presidential Election we take Apps for new Apprentices in all departments. Simply PM the Minister chosen for that field with your application.

Department of Work

New to Erepublik? Looking for a job? Contact the Department of Work (UK Only) and they will find the best job suited to your skills, and contact the GM for you. Available to PM in game or at the forums.

Chief of Police

If you ever see someone you think may be making multiple accounts (which is highly illegal), please let our Chief of Police know. He is responsible for searching out and putting together lists of suspected multi-accounters, and letting the admin know so they can deal with them.

National Newspaper Association

If you see an article worth telling people about, we have a weekly service in the UK made up to keep articles relevant long past the ten article deadline of the media section! PM the National Newspaper Association with the link to the article, and the Minister of Information will make sure he includes it in the weekly release (at his own discretion, of course).

Wiki Updating

One of things filling up time for some is the updating of the [a url=http://wiki.erepublik.com/]official erepublik wiki[/a]. You can apply for a username, and when it's created you can create your own wiki pages based on things that happen or exist here around Erepublik.
