Good morning Madam Secretary of State,

Thank you for accepting our invitation! Many things have changed during your term. We left the Alliance Leto, and for the first time in this year we are at war. You are responsible for foreign relations, so I hope you can present us, and to our readers the circumstances of the new situation.

It is an eventful period.

Yesterday President of Paraguay Don Zebosk proposed an Air Strike against Israel which was accepted by Congress. Paraguay has strong allies, but as we see they have interested in other conflicts. What are the prospects of this situation of great gravity?


Well, as you say, they sent AS us, and they accepted, but they did it in a bad moment, because they are in an open war agaisnt Brazil. This situation let us make a deal with eBrazil for fighting together agaisnt the same enemy. Their allies are in important wars too (Chile agaisnt Serbia). So as I said, they didn't choose the best moment for AS.

This can make them lose the AS.

There are well talented citizens in Paraguay, How could it happen that they did not reveal these situtaion?

We can´t reject that eParaguay is a country with important MPPs and great citizens. I think that because they have to divide their forces in different wars, they can´t give their best in the AS agaisnt eIsrael. Anyway, as their CP (Don Zebosk) said, this is more a pay back because past wars than a war for conquering. They don´t want to quit our congress, just they want revenge.

The reason because their damage is not being really important, I am not sure, I think its because they are in a lot of wars at the same time, and this doesn´t let them give their best.

Some days ago, our government was preparing for, then heralded an Airstrike, in every news they told us to prepare for the coming war -"it is time to fly" as the president said-, then the situation has changed, when Tel Aviv was targeted up.
The government was surprised.

Do you know, why we get into a war with Paraguay? Was it any sign? Why did they choose us as an enemy?

Yes, eIsrael was ready for AS one enemy country. It was a big operation, made of some countries, where we had an important target. Our government and population, was ready for the AS. The population didn´t know where was the AS, just about it. But plans changed when we received AS from eParaguay. In that moment I send a message to their CP, asking for reasons. What he answered me was that was a pay-back for the past war.

They don´t forget, they don´t forgive. They didn´t give any sign of an attack. When we knew about the AS, we just forgot about the idea of making our AS, and we changed our status to defending one. We communicated to our population about the AS, and we made them ready for it. We have to defend all our regions, and thats the reason for putting CO´s and calling our allies. I sent PM to allies, and made some MPPs for having help in the war. I want to say thank you to our official MPPs and other countries that are helping us in this brave war. The enemy isn´t easy, or weak. They are well organised and they are powerful.

There are many easier objective than Israel.
It is suspicious, that we were preparing for a war, then we were attacked. Was it any context between the governmental plans and the war with Paraguay?

Well, I was talking with our congress and some allies about the situation. We think that someone told something to the country that we were going to attack, and then they sent us AS, which made as to change all our plans in few hours, and to change our status from attacking one, to defending one. We think that all this was an operation from other countries, which we can´t say, because then we could have more problems. We aren´t sure about this.

So, Israel was preparing for an AirStrike, but the location is kept secret. Who was the target? Paraguay or somebody else?

For not having more problems, I will not say the name of our target. It wasn´t eParaguay. It was one country that would make us have contact with other country, which was our real objetive.

If Paraguay was not targeted up, why were they interested in the war? Who is behind the conflict?

We aren´t sure about the answer. The reasons of eParaguay are: "Pay Back." We don't know much about the real reasons for the attack. We think that the target from eIsrael knew about our AS, and they contacted to other countries for it.
I have to assume, there is a foreign agent in our government.
And of course I have to ask, do you have any conjecture who the spy is?

Well, the AS that we wanted to do was not just from eIsrael. It was a big operation organised by a lot of countries. I think that the person who shared all this information is not from eIsrael, and of course, is not one player from our society. I think that one person shared the information with an other person, and like this, the target country listened about it, and they asked for help. This is the problem of sharing information in a bad way... it destroyes plans... Actually, we are not searching for who did it. Just we are now under attack, and our target now is to defend our regions.

So, don't you want to find out who did it?

We will not find. I think lot of people shared that information. I think nobody from the high ranks who organised the AS shared this information directly with the target country. It just went from friend to friend... finishing where it finished.
You are beyond a couple of negotiations between our alliances. You made deals with Peru, Argentina, and I can say both of them are powerful allies.
You were deservedly earned the name "warrior princess" (the Israeli Condoleezza Rice).

Please, dedicated us what kind is a negotiation? How do you prepare for those?
What must be taken?

Please tell us some inside gossips.

Well, in this term we improved a lot our relations with countries like: eCyprus, eCuba, eArgentina, ePeru, eSerbia, eAustralia, eNorway, eIran... We signed MPP with some of them, but not with everybody. With most of it we just have a good relation of support, but not MPP. It happens like this: You start talking with them, and you offer them a better relation, you talk about pros and cons of it, you ask CPs, and you vote in congress.

In case that both parts be agree on that, you have to talk about the conditions. Sometimes there are more Cons than Pros for signing. For example with eCyprus, we improved our relations a lot thanks to TW (Trainning Wars). We gave them our regions, and then they gave us back. This make that our nations trust more, and we help each other in wars. I prefer to sign MPPs with countries that have been always supporting.
