Need to sell 250 tix. Ok? Or else I'll just refund everyone. I give you my promise I will give the money. Some think I'm going to keep the money, but I want to do this in the future.

just holding a lotto doesn't give you the right to get 5 gold.

Why do you think people host lotteries, Zeira? In both real life and in the game, they get profit off of it. It wouldn't be worth the effort otherwise. He has every right to charge whatever he wants, it's your choice to participate.
