It just means you don't hire low skill players. So no new players should be welcome today. New player retention is the Admins problems more than ours.

Business owners were willing to spend 2.00 a day (and sometimes more) on a lvl 0 in mfg for q1 weapons, which were 1 use in v1. At around the bottom of the market they were selling for 2.50 each. (10 for $25.00)

Now in v2, we have weapons with a minimum of 10 uses and the lvl 0 gets $1.50 * 8 (if 8hrs worked). As long q1 comparable weapons that are are useable 10* sell for $25 each, isn't it close to a wash?

It isn't like you have to buy them every time you have to fight like before.

Except Q1 food went from taking 1 PP and 1 raw mat to requiring 90 PP and 30 raw mats. The production formula is more generous than before (about 10 times as such without booster (and boosters are crap)). But the bottom line is that food will take a bigger chunk out of your daily salary that it used to.
And the stone market got royally screwed. A Q1 house went from requiring 200 PP and 200 raw mats to require 20000 PP and 40 raw mats. And considering that now raw mats exactly equal PP worked in an harvesting business, that means that we'll need a ratio of 500 people working house companies for every 1 person working in the extraction of stone resources.

So again, the admins are less than even in their game design. Guns will be more affordable (and even more mandatory than before). Food isn't. And houses are relatively even more expensive than before, yet they'll only last 10 to 100 days.
