Russia want to AirStrike South Africa as you see.
Because 80% of our community supports CoT, due to their RL citizenship (US, Brazil, FYROM) our governments keep licking CoT ass.
We signed an unfair deal with Brazil about gold mine. Poland spent thousands of golds to get Mine of Turkey. South Africa gave it to the Brazil for almost free. We would let Egypt take the Mine If we want so don't come to me with bull$hit like "We couldn't win it without help of Brazilian tanks."
After that, because of careless behaviours of Brazil, we have less than 40 congressmen for last 3 months. They don't care their regions in South Africa and loose easily, because they know that we have to NE them and give that region back as soon as possible. But it cost us days without regions, less congressmen, less product.
Few days ago lots of Brazilian tanks hit against us and they clearly stated that "Brazil's needs are much more important than South Africa' friendship."
After all, we face with the AirStrike proposal of CoT country: Russia.
I worked as MoD & MoFA for 15 times in 5 countries. I know a fact that powerful countries can easily take what they want. But sometimes, there are essential things which can change everything. I want to remind you Cyprus & FYROM conflict. Cyprus is equal to SAfrica as military power, but they did kick their ass hard.
I believe, If South Africa get closer to TWO, we can change lots of things in our geography. Moreover, If we consider Lazokrasi, the military unit which can make almost 1 billion per day, South Africa is not the country that you can conquare, propose as NE, organize an AirStrike, whenever you want.
We have long-time relationship with Brazil. We did prove that we are loyal friend, we can also prove that we are strong enemy. Dear CoT; Keep doing what you are doing If you like to see it.

You know what Leon, I've been hard on you lately, but this is something I can finally agree with. The government hasn't been telling anybody what has happened and it's B.S. Brazil owns us virtually and nobody has taken a stand or fought back against them diplomatically.
Let me clear out something.
Russia will not airstrike unless the Congress of eSouth Africa agrees on rental details.
We have clearly no intention to invade a country we once had a good history of relations in the past and hope to restore it again in the future. We don't run around the world and capture countries. We work with our friends or possible friends and partners to achieve mutual goals, like we did and do with ASGARD. We don't occupy countries.
The quick-paced Airstrike voting in Russia was caused by the military situation we are in, risking a regions loss in relatively quick time. It is the only reason why we launched the AS law while our rental offer, which was sent to your Government previously, was still being discussed.
Luckily, we RWed several region back, so we had the opportunity to turn down the AS vote and restart voting again.
Another thing I want to point out that we have clearly no intention to interfere in the internal policies of eSouth Africa and its community. From what I hear from several congressmen, there may be some communication problems, with information not getting through.
I understand the necessity of setting up communication between a Congress and a President in a proper way, but you know I can't talk to your community and offer things and deals to it over you President's, MoFA's, MoD's heads. This is not how this game is set up. Goverments cooperate on governmental level.
Here in Russia we have the understanding of good cooperation between various levels of power. And the coordinated NO vote on our 1st airstrike bill, which you may have seen, is an example of it.
The details of the deal were passed over to eSouth Africa government for reviewal and consideration. From what I know, there is some vote in your Congress.
To sum up, I want you to know that Russia clearly has no intention to invade South Africa; the only way we can come is a mutually agreed way.
If necessary, I can answer your questions here.
My question would be, why run from a wipe? Sure, it sucks, but any other country with half your population has just had to deal with it. What makes you so special? In all honesty, I think you guys should see what it's like for countries such as Aus and Malaysia.

About TWO manipulation; I am #1 enemy of Serbia. But when you care your own country's interests more than anyting else, it's time to change something.

And I hope you understand that if we didn't care for South Africa, we wouldn't have stopped any vote or discussed any details at all. But this is NOT how Russia plays this game and this NOT what Russia would ever do.
As for the rent details, isn't it the proper practice to discuss it on the diplomatic level?
The very fact that I appear here is caused by the situation in which I clearly see there is some misunderstanding on this situation in your community.
On details.
All I can say on it that it has several options if more than 1 region is rented. A compensation for 10 congress seats lost if there is a 2 region deal is introduced in that case. I also understand that given the PTO threat a 2-region deal may be even better for ZA.
Of course, in case a rent is started, mutual military support and constant diplomatic communication should be installed. We'd go for that happily.
Given the rent price, it is comparable to those that exist in the world and in this region.
This information is available to congress members on the forum, as well as pm's in game to congress members.

Considering this, I couldn't disclose the details of the rent to him on IRC, which seems to have caused some unhappiness with me on his side.
I'd link to point out for AdUnit that it's deeply sorrowful for me that our talk may have caused the impression that it wasted time, and I'd like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
I just know how the security of information is important in countries where a PTO threat exists, which enables me to act cautiosuly. I trust the governments of the countries I am in contact with to give information to their congressmen themselves.
This is normal practice.

I'm interested in some freedom. Brazil needs to take some actions to be better friends in my eyes. I think one way or another there will be more and more Lazocrasi here every month. If this happens I'll be interested in seeing what happens vs Brazil...

Another point:
As Brazil south africa have more than 1 opinion on the same country.. I gave orders, and have most part of our people following it, but we have many prioritys
we need to coordenate damage to many Battles and say people to not fight against you.
Unfortunatelly we always see BH hunters for Brasil, as we see for South africa when people open RWs to atack our bonuses.
Thats impossible to controll, we need to coordenate very well people to fight against then and not let the wall turn.

What Brazil did so would any other country out there. You didnt fight for South Africa, you fought for a Gold Mine which you knew you were going to take for yourself.

I'm guessing the Croatia-India scenario, they stopped paying the rent and kept the regions by force.

I'm here for 1 year Boyan, I can say whatever I want. In fact, everyone can state whatever they want.
It's true, I'm his biggest detractor, (enemy) and I think he's good for eSA. He's a brilliant military strategist, and has many powerful allies. He's currently doing what he wants, but I don't think it's for a "power grab" I think it's actually FOR eSA... I'm excited to see.
