Luego de los acontecimientos que tuvieron lugar en los últimos días creo que es mi deber, como presidente de Cienfuegos y como Ministro de Asuntos Exteriores, dar mi opinión acerca de dichos sucesos.


1. Cambio de pass de la ORG y destitución de Felpudon

Personalmente no me pareció que la destitución estuviese mal. El CP puede decidir a quién quiere a su lado y a quién no, y aunque todos sabemos el gran labor que Felpudon ha realizado por Cuba, tampoco es una persona indispensable, de la misma manera que nadie en este país lo es, todos somos reemplazables. Cambiar la contraseña de la ORG tampoco me pareció algo incorrecto, ya que es de lógica protegerla si se cambia de Ministro y si se introduce dinero procedente de dinero real. Entonces, ¿actuó el CP correctamente? En mi opinión, no. Respeto la decisión de relevar al Ministro, y también la de cambiar la contraseña, pero no coincido con las formas. Lo lógico hubiera sido primero hablar con Felpudon y transmitirle lo que pasaba, y luego cambiar la contraseña. Lo único que se consiguió haciendo esto fue que Felpudon intentase entrar a la ORG, no pudiese, y se pusiese nervioso, provocando el posterior impeach.


2. Impeach y leyes troll

Así pues, el impeach fue enviado. Era algo de esperar, puesto que existe una oposición al gobierno que está a la espera de cualquier error para intentar tomar el poder. La cuestión es, ¿eran las acciones del CP merecedoras, en ese momento, de un impeach? En mi opinión no. Si bien las formas en que había tratado a Felpudon no eran las correctas, se utilizó esto para conseguir otros fines, los de tomar el poder. No creo que lo que hasta ese momento había hecho fuese merecedor de impeach. Sólo había pasado una semana, y de lo que se culpaba al CP era de ser heredero del porkysmo, con lo cual se puede estar o no de acuerdo, pero no es motivo para el impeach.
Posteriormente el CP lanzó dos leyes troll. ¿Razón para impeach? No lo creo. ¿Butthurt? Sin duda.


3. Traslado del dinero a la cuenta personal del CP

Sé que algunos pensarán que hablar de un traslado es quedarse corto. ¿Puede ser esto un robo? Puede serlo. Actualmente el dinero está en su cuenta, por lo que lo único que pido es que dicho dinero se devuelva al Tesoro estatal.
¿Actuó bien el CP? Sin ninguna duda no.
¿Fue esta acción merecedora de impeach? Sí.
Como he dicho antes, al mandarse la ley de impeach no vi razones suficientes para el impeach, pero esto fue la gota que colmó el vaso. El CP no es el dueño del dinero cubano. Si lo que quería era proteger el dinero del gobierno entrante lo lógico sería que lo enviase al Tesoro. Dado que esto todavía no ha sucedido lo lógico es desconfiar del CP.


4. Conclusión

Si bien inicialmente no había razones suficientes para el impeach, la actitud del CP sólo sirvió a empeorar la situación, haciendo que el impeach fuera legítimo. El CP perdió los nervios y no supo manejar la situación, agrandando el problema.


5. Disposiciones finales

-Renuncio públicamente a cualquier cargo gubernamental que ocupase este mes. He perdido la confianza en el CP, por lo que prefiero dar un paso al costado.
-Pido perdón en nombre de Cienfuegos por la actitud que el CP ha tenido.
-Insto al CP a que devuelva el dinero al Tesoro cubano cuanto antes.

After the events that took place in recent days, I think that it is my duty as President of Cienfuegos and as Minister of Foreign Affairs, to give my opinion about these events.


1. Change of pass of the ORG and removal of Felpudon

Personally I did not think that the dismissal was wrong. CP can decide who wants on his side and who not, and although we all know the great work Felpudon has done in Cuba, nor is it an indispensable person, in the same way that no one in this country is, we are all replaceable. Change the password of the ORG isn't something wrong, it is logic to protect it if you change of Minister and if you put RL money. Then, did the CP acted properly? In my opinion, no. I respect the decision to relieve the Minister, and also the change of the password, but do not agree with the forms. The logical thing would have been to talk first with Felpudon and convey what was happening, and then change the password. All that was achieved by this was that Felpudon tried to enter to the ORG, could not, and start being nervous, causing the subsequent impeach.


2 Impeach and troll laws

Thus, the impeach was sent. It was somewhat expected, since there is opposition to the Government which is waiting for any error to try to seize power. The question is, were the CP actions, at that time, worthy of an impeach? In my opinion no. Although forms that he treated Felpudon were not correct, they used this for other purposes, to take over the power. I do not think that what he had done up to that moment was deserving of impeach. Only a week had passed, and what is blamed to the CP was to be heir to the porkysm, and you can agree with this or not, but is not a reason for the impeach.
CP subsequently launched two laws troll. Reason to impeach? I don't think so. Butthurt? Without any doubt.


3. Transfer of money to the personal account of the CP

I know that some could think that talking of a transfer is an understatement. Can this be a robbery? It can be. Currently the money is in his account, so all I ask is that this money is returned to the Country Treasury.
Did the CP acted well? Without any doubt, not.
Was this action worthy of impeach? Yes.
As I have said before, when they send the impeach law I saw no reason for the impeach, but this was the straw that broke the camel. The CP isn't the owner of Cuban money. If what he wanted was to protect the money from the incoming Government it would be logical to send it to the Treasury. Since this has not yet happened it is logical to distrust of the CP.


4 Conclusion

Although initially there wasn't reasons enough for the impeach, the attitude of the CP only served to make the situation worse, making the impeach was legitimate. The CP lost the nerves and failed to handle the situation, enlarging the problem.


5. Final provisions
-I publicly resign to any governmental position I took this month. I have lost confidence in the CP, so I prefer to take a step to the side.
-I apologize on behalf of Cienfuegos by the attitude that the CP has had.
-I urge CP to return the money to the Cuban Treasury as soon as possible.
