We have come to a mutual agreement yesterday between representatives of the EDEN and Phoenix voting groups.

Both groups will begin the process outlined for BLT.

Each side will provide the other a list of 10 "tactical Belgians"

The list gets verified by the other side.

Then the people on the list will voluntarily give up their Belgian citizenship.

Then we repeat the process.

I encourage all Belgians to please sign up on the Census, so that we can count you as a Belgian who wants to stay Belgian or wants to leave.
