Well congress elections are upon us again and we have the oppertunity to represent this great nation again in congress. I am always inclined to put a mix of old and new players. We in UP are about all angles of the game so choose people with differing opinions and views. I will also be placing an experienced congress men over the new guys so to give that much needed guidance.
