[UP] New Projects - Activity and Newbies

Dear members of UP,

We have two new projects for you.

Activity Reward

From now on, you will get some gold/weapons/foods for every election you participated. All you need to do is messaging party president and inform him about your activity.

Newbie Project

UP is going to send some daily weapons/foods for members who need help. You just need to inform party president.

Fund

We will do these things, but how?

As you know, every congressman earns 5 golds from Plato. From now on, after every congressional elections, UP congressmen should send 1 gold to the current party president so s/he can pay all those things.

Statement of Account

After every party presidency election, old Party President have to open a topic on forum's UP board and announce how much money have been collected, how much have been shared, and to whom. If there is some unspent money, it should be transferred to the new party president.
