[SSG] Weekly rewards

The rewarding has been changed a bit, so now every division's 'winners' will get the same amount, because I'm sure the players in the lower Divisions can use the extra rewards.

Rewards in every division for most damage/kill: 40 Q7 weapons and 1250 Energy food.



Division 1:

Most damage: Eboshi Gozen
Most kills: Rouku


Division 2:

Most damage: Mayu Watanabe
Most kills: Raikage22


Division 3:

Most damage: Turt037
Most kills: ardishabutaro


Division 4:

Most damage: Jiyuujou
Most kills: fregtergerg
