[MoFA.CN][Important] Some updates Part I

Hello eC. This is MoFA.CN.

As you may already know that this org is still processing numerous citizenship request and they needed to be confirmed by our congressmen, the time for each request maybe different, or, if there are no reply in 7 days you may consider it unsuccessful. In order for us to process your request in a much faster way, here I must try to outline the following, with effective from Day 1309. For the previous mail, plesas make your request again.

1. Since the quota for some countries has been full in this month, we are sorry that it is difficult for us to process your request at the moment.

2. If you need citizenship, your strength and number of factories are the most important to be considered. Most importantly I need your CP / MoFA for recommendations.

I hope you understand the situation and our main purpose is to HELP THOSE WHO NEED OUR citizenship the most. Thanks for your kind attention.
