London Olympics

So for the past week or so, the Olympic Games have been taking place over in the UK. They are scheduled to continue this month until the 12th. Countries from all over the world have been competing, including Japan! In particular, Japan opened with Olympics with a surprising turn of events in Football (Soccer), beating Spain, one of the top contenders 1-0. Japan has also snagged a gold medal in Judo!

Anyway, here's some basic info for how to watch Olympic content online. The directions depend on your location...

USA

If you're in the USA, your options are extremely limited unless you pay for TV. NBC owns all the rights to hosting Olympic content in the US, so to stream Olympic content here, you need to go to nbcolympics.com. Note that this is not free. you need to have a log in with a television provider (such as FIOS/U-verse/Comcast/Roadrunner/Cablevision/Dish/Direct-tv/etc) to get access.

Canada

You can watch coverage off the CTV Olympics Youtube Channel for free here.

United Kingdom

If you live in the UK, you should be able to access footage via BBC iPlayer and Roku.

Everyone Else

Everyone else should be able to watch footage from the Olympics off the official Olympic Youtube Channel here.

Furthermore, if you are just interested in statistics, you can go here.
