今天，南韓總統Grease公開寫了一封信給eROC的國民
不！應該說是一份聲明，對象是全eWorld的玩家

雖然原文有中英韓版本(我個人覺得很有誠意)
但eROC還是有熱心的玩家(ToHisWorld)幫忙發到台灣的報紙系統中

只是，我得要強調澄清的一點是：其實文中並沒有道歉喔！

『我有一個對eROC玩家的請求，請和南韓成為好朋友，請和南韓成為兄弟』
這是文中的原文，用的詞是請求(Request)
請求的是成為好朋友、成為兄弟，而非請求原諒或是表達道歉
所以不應該誤解為道歉信

『雖然我們土著韓國人沒有決定入侵eRoC，我們仍然需要負責任，
因為南韓未能阻止FSR所挑起的戰爭
在這裡我們本土韓國人RL eSKers對FSR之前對RoC作的無理行為道歉。』

那這封信會是我們與eSK交好最大的轉捩點~^6^

其實，我在本報的前面幾篇文章充分表達我的立場
[M&N] 花心亂講之台灣一條龍...
[M&N] 本人將代表3G黨參選中台議員

對於南韓，我認為應該理性面對，而非一味仇韓
如南韓總統Grease所述，一切起因都來自羅馬尼亞的FSR軍團
而RL SKer才正拿下政權沒多久，且FSR也還在搗亂中
因此，我們應該要重新認識eSK
或許此封信的目的也是如此

然而，在這個節骨眼上
我(或者說eROC)還是很難完全相信eSK
何況FSR軍團也還在eSK國內影響政治

在這個情況下，我是傾向於與eSK合作
但有些爭議或問題還是要解決...

1. RL SKer是否能成功維持政權並抵抗FSR的政治攻擊？
這是非常重要的一點，否則怎麼談都是白談
到時候轉移政權又跟幾個月前一樣所有約定跳票
那又有什麼好合作的...

2. eSK與eIndonesia的同盟？
這個新世界有三個大聯盟：ONE、Terra、EDEN
雖然，我認為eROC目前不應該加入任何一個聯盟
但卻應該多與大國簽訂MPP，只是有個原則
不應該與ONE打交道，不尊重其他國家的作風與eROC不符

更何況，eIndonesia三番兩次騷擾eROC與eChina
可說是華人最大的敵人，也是最靠近的ONE國家
所以，eSK與eIndonesia的同盟是否該存在也是問題...

所以，以下我提出一些想法或策略給大家參考

1.當然，第一件事情是要弄清楚eSK的來意
那封信是RL SKer的本意，還是又受到FSR的協助發的
目的是真的要求好，還是只是要eROC放鬆戒心？

2. 與eSK簽MPP，讓FSR永遠無法代替eSK打eROC
如果是軍演，難保哪天FSR又烙人來搗亂，我們就又要傷腦筋
並促成eC、eROC與eSK的三國聯盟，彼此不互打

3. 與eSK協力打eJP，取得eJP的資源對雙方都有利
若eSK與周圍三國都交好，eSK必將無出路可去
未來仍然還是會有進軍eROC的風險
更何況，在目前起義的模組下，擁有愈多國的地愈危險
與其如此，不如佔領eJP，也不需與eC和eSK租地
而且，也不需要與誰軍演，直接NE eJP就好...

The content of English version will be a little bit different with Traditional Chinese version, since some sentences which are not so important were involved in Traditional Chinese version.

Today, current CP of eSK wrote a letter to citizens in eROC (or we should say it's an anoucement to all over the world~), the article is [eSK Government] Open Letter to eROC (EN/CH/KOR-한글)

"RL eSKers are "sorry" for what FSR has done to the relationship between our two countries"

This sentence in the letter shown their Sincerity to us and also apologized for the mistakes made by FSR before.

In fact, I've already made my point clearly before in previous articles I wrote. To face eSK, we should consider it more carefully and figure out what's going on few month ago. Just like the CP of eSK sai😛 "the war between eROC and eSK was led by FSR" and RL SKer just got their own country back these days. Therefore, we should re-understand eSK again, and I think that's also the purpose of the letter.

However, we couldn't believe in eSK totally, because there's still some problems between eSK and eROC. Moreover, FSR is still in the eSK and trying to do something in eSK. I summarize some points I got:

1. Can RL SKer hold their position in government and defend FSR?
This is very important, otherwise all the discussions are useless. If they cannot sure, we will still afraid that the situation will change few month later if FSR get eSK back.

2. The mpp between eSK and eIndonesia?
There are three biggest alliance in this eWorld, including ONE, Terra and EDEN. I think we shouldn't join any of them right now, but try to interact with strong countries and make mpp with them instead. In this case, the most important thing is not to communicate with ONEs, since their central idea is far from eROC...

What's more, eIndonesia invaded eROC and eChina many times, making them become the biggest enermy in the Pacific. And eIndonesia is also the ONEs which is closed to us the most. So, we will not be safe if eSK and eIndonesia still have mpp.

So, I give some of my own ideas as following describes:

1. We should figure out what's the purpose of eSK, the letter is from RL SKers themselves or they're controlled by FSR? Although many eROCer (including me) believed that it's coming from RL SKers themselves, but we still need to be careful.

2. Try to have mpp with eSK !! So that, FSR cannot fight with eROC to make "mistakes" again just like before. Moreover, we should try to make the alliance of eC, eROC and eSK happened.

3. Attack eJP under the help of eSK, it's a great idea that eSK and eROC can have the resources of eJP. If eSK make mpp with all the countries around them, they will have no place to go. Finally, we will have the risk that eSK will attack us someday in the future. Moreover, under the module of RW nowadays, it's dangerous to have places in many countries and better to have lands of only one country, the country will be eJP since they're not controlled by RL JPers. Then, eSK and eROC will have NE object temporarily.
