[I3] Party President Nominee and Anti-PTO

14 November 2010, Day 1,090 of the New World. No sooner than a day after I published an article praising renewed Knesset activity did another incident of divisiveness and self-depreciation strike Israel. Before I get into that, let me give a little update.

פרסמתי מאמר אתמול כי הייתי מאושר עם התקדמות בישראל. מיד לאחר מכן התעוררה בעיה רצינית. לפני שאני נכנס זה, הרשו לי לתת עדכון קטן.

Two months ago, I prevented two PTO’ers, one a multi-user who was later banned and Daniel Ender (ohoho, see what I did there?), from becoming Party President. I witnessed the smaller parties in Israel, which cannot be deleted, previously used to propose PTO candidates for President of Israel. A committed citizen, member of IDF, and member of Knesset, I decided to do something good for Israel with it. That is how Integrity-Integration-Israel came to be on 16 September 2010.

לפני חודשיים, עצרתי שני PTO'ers, אחד אסרה רמאי ו Daniel Ender (כאילו יש הבדל), מלהפוך מפלגת הנשיא. כשרק הגעתי לכאן, ראיתי כי מפלגות קטנות משמשים על ידי אנשים שרוצים להשתלט על הנשיאות. כאזרח החייל ביצע, וחבר הכנסת, לקחתי פעולה כדי לעצור את זה. Integrity-Integration-Israel נולד ב -16 בספטמבר 2010.

Although relatively small in membership and share of the Knesset, we have a large proportion of active citizens. The party was once home to three former Presidents of Israel. Currently a former President of Singapore and current General of the Israeli Defense Forces, a former Speaker of the House of the United States and current Vice President of Israel, a former President of Israel, a refugee from India and current Minister of the Interior, a refugee from Australia (saved from the United Kingdom), a Croatian, a Briton, and two Israelis affiliate with this party.

For more than a week now, it has felt like I3 really had two leaders. Although this is my second term as Party President, John Jay takes a lot of initiative and has proven a valuable asset to our party. I’ve considered stepping down as PP to see how someone else could advance Israel and carry on the spirit and message of Integrity, Integration, and Israel. It is for these reasons that I will not seek a third term and support John Jay for President of Integrity-Integration-Israel.

Now to address the unpleasant business I alluded to at the beginning of the article. It is now widely confirmed that Israel will experience a hostile political takeover attempt tomorrow. Undoubtedly some unscrupulous characters will join our party, vote for their candidate, and then most likely leave, with no past membership of or contribution to I3. These traitors blacken their souls with their invasion of Integrity. They mock the Integration we and our diverse members achieve by calling for the deportation of those who do not share their languages and religions. They are enemies of Israel by shunning our national focus in a bid for personal power. I call on all righteous Israelis of all backgrounds, tongues, and creeds to repel the political takeover targeting I3 and other Israeli parties run by loyal citizens. If the righteous fall to the wicked, the New World will know what you have done and what kind of place eIsrael is.
