Where the aircrafts come from?

What is the share of countries in the Q1 aircraft production in the e-world? There are no direct data about production, however since the pollution factor is based on the number of goods (in this case Q1 aircrafts) that were produced in a region, this can be an indicator for the regional production. For comparison, I used the Q1 aircraft pollution factors of 2016.10.19.
1. Romania
Pollution factors in regions with aircraft resources:
Transilvania: 25%
Prince Edward Islan😛
10.8%
Bukovina: 10.77%
Donbas: 0.4%
Total pollution factor in other regions: 31.69%
Pollution factor in total: 78.66%
The biggest Q1 aircraft producer is Romania with a total pollution factor of 78.66%. The country productivity bonus is 85%, regional bonuses are Transilvania 12%, Prince Edward Island 6%, Bukovina 2% and Donbas 2%.
2. USA
Pollution factors in regions with aircraft resources:
Utah: 16.16%
Indiana: 8.10%
Iowa: 0.28%
Other regions: 28.22%
Pollution factor in total: 52.76%
The second is the USA with 52.76%. Country productivity bonus: 70%, regional bonuses: Utah 12%, Indiana 10%, Iowa 2%. Interestingly more than half of the pollution comes from regions without aircraft resources. It seems, if a region's economic activity is generally high, the Q1 aircraft activity will also be higher (for example Kentucky which is economically very active has 6.32% Q1 aircraft pollution factor compared to Iowa).
3. Iran
Pollution factors in regions with aircraft resources:
Balochistan: 25%
Other regions: 16.46%
Pollution factor in total: 36.46%
The third Iran's only region with aircraft resources has the highest regional bonus (18😵
at the same time. Iran has the highest country productivity bonus too (90😵
. The reason to produce aircrafts in regions with no resources can be that the 25% pollution of Balochistan keeps the region's productivity continuously at 183%, so that productivity in other regions are higher.
4. Serbia
Pollution factors in regions with aircraft resources:
Kinki: 2.87%
Belgrade: 13.28%
Other regions: 12.42%
Pollution factor in total: 28.6%
Fourth is Serbia. Country productivity bonus: 60% Regional bonuses: Kinki 15%, Belgrade 9%. For some reason Kinki is very little used. At this low pollution factor Kinki has one of the most efficient production in the e-world.
5. Poland
Pollution factors in regions with aircraft resources:
Mazuria: 10%
Dainava: 0%
Other regions: 17.18%
Pollution factor in total: 27.18%
Poland is fifth. Country bonus: 65%. Regional bonuses: Mazuria 10%, Dainava 3%. Dainava is probably unused because it originally belonged to Lithuania. Large part of the pollution comes from regions with no aircraft resources (Pomerania 6.96%, Silesia 5.29😵
.
6. Hungary
Pollution factors in regions with aircraft resources:
Central Hungary: 6.56%
Asturias: 8.31%
Other regions: 3.67%
Pollution factor in total: 18.54%
The last big Q1 aircraft producer is Hungary. Country bonus: 57.5%. Regional bonuses: Central Hungary 9%, Asturias 14%. This situation may change as Hungary will possibly lose Asturias.
